What's the point of even having a "free" part of this app? I get making certain features pay only, but if your app core function can't be used without paying, it should be more transparent about that. Before someone's allowed to go all the way through the process of taking pictures of the rash they are concerned about only to have a result dangled in front of their faces like a tease 'uh ohhh something may be wrong! Wanna find out what? Subscribe!"

I hate apps that hype their uses and services up and then you decide to actually give it a try and see what it's all about just to be able to do nothing and get brought to a payment screen before experiencing any part of what they have to offer. This is one of those apps. So unless you plan to purchase it's services before knowing if you even like them or not, dont waste your time downloading.

I read all the reviews. Everybody complaining about the subscription model. I wanted to know how the app actually functioned. I tried it on the first scan, and it seems excellent. If I want to do more, I have to pay. Fair enough! This seems like a great app with amazing (and expenive) technology behind it. It's either this, or book an appointment with a dermatologist. This is much easier. All the negative reviews are people who want a great service for free! If I want to scan more, I will pay.

Good important app but hard to get the report and print it. I would highly recomend it for everyone. Young, old, parents and caregivers. Could prevent a more serious condition. People die because of not taking action early.

I'm so over misleading apps like this.... This app had you believing it's going to help you with a skin issue and then boom when you go to get the results, it even has some picture of a fake a$$ doctor basically mocking you like "HA! YOU THOUGHT!" Unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount of 9.99 a WEEK... Don't do it......

DECEITFUL AND MISLEADING ADVERTISING! AMD/OR BAIT-AND-SWITCH for subscription! App says you can scan for free AI analysis in "One minute and wait 30 seconds and 'THATS IT, You het a result" with a "take photo" or upload". After you take your personal picture or upload it, you have a VERY ambiguous set of two options to see your report: "Check yourself right now! + GET NOW", instant result, You will get 15 results every week" OR "Restore Purchase" After which signs you up for a subscription.

I decided to give this a try to check out a few issues I was seeing lately. After seeing that there's apparently no trial period, I paid for a week (very expensive) just to hear I (50M) apparently have a skin condition common with children all over their body instead of a more plausible condition common to someone my age on my face. Until they start asking more questions other than "what's your credit card number" to help diagnose, I'll be deleting and trying to get a refund.
