SkylinkNet allows you to monitor your home with your smartphone. With the built-in alarm features, you can remotely arm, disarm, and monitor various activities with this app.Create a smarthome by adding home control modules to control lights, electrical appliances and other household devices.
The Internet Hub sends you push notification when sensor is activated, allowing you to monitor your home remotely. With the surveillance camera, you can see live action of the area you want to monitor.

After the newest update, I believe today or yesterday the 30th, the app just keeps crashing. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I've tried logging out and back end of the app, I tried deleting every single sensor in the system and it keeps crashing. Also we're back with the hub and the batteries inside the hub being very warm.

Garage Door Opener does not work right. Adding my SkyLink Pro EQ1 garage door openers to the app system on my android does not connect right. I put it in Learn mode fine, but it still times out. I moved the security device about 20 feet from the wireless modem, as recommended, but still times out. It displays the garage doors as red with an exclamation point under it and wont let me connect it right. It does, however alert, open, and close when I press the button on the app. Help?

It turns out I needed to restore the hub to the factory defaults. Once I did it worked as it should. Email support was very good. I think this company is improving. Cannot arm system from android phone. Samsung sm-930g. Android version 8.0 works okay from iPhone 7. I updated as instructed but still cannot arm the system. I can only disarm.

Updated 05/05/2022 The servers are down AGAIN. This is the second time in less than a month. How does an alarm system company not have a/better backup system? When you turn on the alarm (servers up) you can't turn it off from your phone. You enter the house and the sirens start blaring until you get the fob and turn it off. This is completely unacceptable.

Problem solved! I've been using the app for several years and it used to work great but ran into same problems as others describe where it quit sending notifications to my phone making it useless. Reinstalling the app did not help. However – I ended up logging out of my account through the app, and logging back in, and then immediately everything worked again! I'm guessing there was a system change and since I never logged out The change never got picked up. Works now.

Before the update (2) years ago app worked perfectly, every since then push notifications work when they want to. I've done everything that I could do, cleared the cache at least once a week, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and it still doesn't work like it did when I first got it. If I would have known that it would stop working after 6 months I would have kept doing research for reliable alarms system, because this is not one

The latest update has started draining my battery. It has a constant "running" notification, and if I force close the app I lose all notifications of doors, etc. Incredibly frustrating -- my choices are not knowing what's happening in my home or having to stay plugged in to charge all day. I've been using Skylink for three years now with minimal problems and this is honestly the worst update yet.

App ver. 2.2.9 had all my sensors wiped out. I tried to add them back manually. I don't have any luck from door sensor to light switch. "Learn" does not pick up any sensor and times out at the end. The whole alarm system which had worked for two+ years is now broken. F/w is the latest US.00.00.20. I gave it a few more spot checks over the last year. App is now 2.3.5. Hub f/w stays the same. Other than turning lights on and off, nothing works. Tried clear cache also. Any way to re-install f/w?
