Trying to add a second heater after updating to Android 9 and the app doesn't allow me to move forward after add heater. Doesn't acknowledge that i am already connected to a 2.4 GHz network. £500 on wifi controllable heaters wasted. Edit - I used by iPad to setup without issue. Once heaters are added, control from and Android device is fine.

After using the new application for a year I still find it confusing to use. It just took me 10min to realise that to view your saved schedules you have to disable an active one (confirm the change), then save changes, go back into the room and reactivate it - only now can you see the list of available schedules. Please could you make it easier to change schedules? Even a simple "activate new" button next to the "deactivate" one would simplify things so much.

Hi, app and Clea device are superb. Still, I have a very strange question, never thought I could be asking something like this: How do you switch device on/off using the app??? I have been struggling to do this. You can change the temperature, but not switch it on or off, so I have had to use google home for this. Very frustrating.

In general works ok, but after changing my router, and wifi network i could not make it work almost a year. I was just nit able to connect to my heater. Alterly i was not even able to open app. I managed to fix it deleting cache and data for this app im settings. After that worked agan. So maybe try it if you have problems.

Working fine, even though app is little complicated at first. To help other people - make sure you connect to 2,4 GHz (on your mobile also) during setup. If you have both 2,4 and 5GHz wifi, have different name for each. You have to setup zones first, for example make zone Bedroom and then add all heaters you have in Bedroom. You control zones from app, not heaters directly ! As I said, working fine for about a month now. I just wish there was a function to see electricity consuption of each zone.

Complete disaster! Absolutely unreliable app! We have three heaters, and two of them have been set on schedule mode, and third one operated manually. We did not have any issue with third one since it works as common heater. But two which work under set scheduled start heating out of any sense! ....they start heating by night, in "away" mode, and we could not switch them off!!!! Only way to switch them off is unplugged them! In the meantime we changed router, internet provider, 6 thermostat ...

This may assist those having wifi connection issues. I tried several android smart phones on different versions of android without success having followed correct procedure etc. Finally gave up on phones and got an immediate connection using a galaxy tab s2 tablet on android v7. Once connected on that, all other devices now work fine. App runs well and no issues since.

Tricky if you're not techy, so if you have the issue of not being able to input WiFi details you need to: Open a web browser and type in your IP address to enter the router settings. You'll probably need your router password, may be on the base of your router. In settings, enable your 2.4ghz frequency then/or if it already exists, update the broadcast name to include the term 2.4ghz and the heater will be able to pick it up. From there, set up is as expected and the app works well.
