People are posting pictures of houses that are revealed to be mobile homes when selected. rw doesnt answer questions about properties. Mobile homes cant be filtered out, land doesnt filter out, etc. Even though i have "active homes" only checked, all i get are "closed" properties. Its a bit of a nightmare and a total waste of my time. When the app worked well, it seemed like a great resource.

We're in the process of looking for a home so I downloaded this, along with a few other similar apps, and it doesn't work. As soon as I click on anything after doing a search, it crashes. I've reinstalled it and still it crashes. My phone is up to date and I've got plenty of service (no lack of internet or phone signal). Can't give it more than 1 star because I haven't even been able to properly use it. What a bummer!

The app map needs to show every house, not just a random handful. People are not going to realize that you need to tap show more to view all the home in that area. The controls are a little clunky. However the app is not all bad, but a few adjustments would make the app tremendously better. 11/3/19 update Still haven't changed the show more button issue. I used the app with a client a couple weeks ago and the app showed a house for sale that had sold 2 weeks prior... unacceptable.

Easy to use and I like that contract information appears on the homes. Two suggestions for improvement: 1 - include the zip code with the street address prior to clicking on the home for full preview. 2 - create a "hide this property" option (sort of the opposite of save property) to keep certain homes from reappearing in the search.

The thought of this app was nice. However there's not a lot of detailed information on the properties. There's no way to access settings to cancel receiving daily email updates. Nor do the emails have a 'unsubscribe ' feature. Realtor said he never received any of the houses we saved in this app. Luckily we found our forever home,not using this app, just wish uninstalling would stop emails but it didn't. Help would be appreciated.

I'm on a Google Pixel 2. I ensured that I fully updated my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I've rebooted my phone several times, but it continuously crashes my phone. I can't get anywhere with it other than trying to set up a few filters. Also some basic filters like picking only to see one story homes are missing from this app. I prefer redfin, Trulia, and Zillow.

The KW app is horrible now, compared to the old version. The app shuts off in the middle of trying to filter your search. When clicking on the property it directs you to another & you have to click around the property you want to view. I don't like this updated version & would like the old version to return. Updated apps aren't always the best & this one definitely reflects just that.

Not at all user friendly, not at all intuitive but worst of all it constantly keeps crashing. The concept is great but it's just too frustrating to use. It shouldn't be this difficult. I was so excited for this app and am equally disappointed and frustrated. I really hope the developer can fix these issues. Hopefully I will have found and purchased my home by then but for other people it world be nice if the app worked. Tired of waiting or closing app, tired of losing where I was, app crashing
