The most laggy app I've tried.. I don't know what framework did you guys use, but since way back then you guys always make a laggy app. This could cause customer lose intentions in using your app that i guess leading to a dropping sales, and please remove unusual game like that, instead replace with real world like social media challenge to promote your provider, this may increase sales and potentially create a new kind of affiliate marketing program, more money will comes in after that

never buying from smartfren again. Connection is always unstable, the speed of the connection always fluctuates. The app itself is bad, because of the amount of unnecessary things appearing on your screen. Next time, I'm switching to XL.

The night quota always can't be used even though my accumulated night quota is still a lot. Besides the sign in always appearing and live chat is not working properly and is always loading. I have tried contacting through the suggested Whatsapp contacts but the replies are not helpful at all. It's really annoying.

I don't have major issue with the app. But the signal is quite low when I entered a building (this causing the internet speed to drop and sometimes disconnected). And when I'm outside, the signal is high and strong. This issue don't happen with other providers. So I'm assuming there's something wrong with smartfren. I hope this will fixes soon.

Informative, but usually very slow and laggy. It doesn't have anything to do with cache and bad connection issues. Some info is usually very vague too. Unlimited but not exactly "unlimited" because after a certain limit, the connection will slow down. update 2024: still slow and laggy. sometimes doesn't even load up and needs restarting. some packages don't show up but it's there on my homepage. pls fix this.

Worst app! Doesn't work properly! This app should make it easy to check internet quota, data and buy internet packages easily. But it doesn't run smoothly when opened because there are so many ads and useless programs that don't match the application's needs. Many sell game vouchers that I don't play, very annoying! One more thing, I have a problem related to buying an internet package, I have contacted live chat but the response is disappointing, there is no solution, I was told to just restart

The internet connection is worse than 1 year ago, before it's stable and the unlimited is still good even though i've reached the limit. But now sometimes the internet gone and the unlimited is so slow that can be used for nothing. :( . The only good point is it's quite cheap. I really want to change my provider if i hadn't use this number for everything. Edit, the app actually become better and faster. Third edit, there is more errors happening like my FUP suddenly decreasing a lot (700 MB).
