The app has disconnected from my Google Home multiple times now, the linking back in process requires a email address and password, and the forgot my password link doesn't work. There is no way to reset the password within the app without first signing out and risking that I will loose all access to my shutters if that reset my password doesn't send the reset email either.

The app works with our new shades to allow them to be opened or closed. That's about all it does. It's disappointing after spending > $10K for motorized shades that they don't have the basic functionality of setting a percentage open/close. An email to the company told us that "our generation of motors" (new in 7/2024) don't support percentage open/close. When I suggested adding closing for a set time to simulate a percentage open/close, they said have no plan to add such functionality. :(

In setting up the corresponding hub for customers, I have found people often ask me the features of this device. While it can do the basic, control over wifi with integrated voice control via smartphone AI, open and close individual blinds, combine them to make scenes (a group of blinds), and set timers for the blinds, there are still some fairly basic things that the hub is not capable of. The most common request that I get is for the hub to have the "favourite position" as an option.

Just used this app today to control newly installed shades, so early days in terms of having an opinion on the app. However, two things I've noticed so far are 1) there are no device or scene widgets which can be put on the home page, and 2) custom photos of the shades are not being saved - it just reverts to no device picture.

So far so good. I actually think the app is nicely laid out and easy to use. I just got it setup today and it has everything I wanted. For sure it'll be frustrating if the hub constantly looses connection, but so far it's been solid. I'll come back and update this if I run into any issues. Not sure what some users are talking about. You can set the position anywhere between 0 to 100 for each blind and have one to many blinds in a scene. Same anywhere between 0 to 100 setting in Alexa.

The app works on my phone to move an exterior awning in and out. It does not control the awning LED lights, even though there is a button for lights on the app, and the device setup includes "awning with light control". But the integration with Alexa does not work. There is a Connector skill on Alexa, and my accounts are linked, but no device ever shows up on the Alexa app device list, so there is nothing for Alexa to control.

It's a good app but there are two things I'd really like. 1) A way to automate setting the curtain to a specific half open position, such as the preferred position in the controller 2) Its really slow to open and use, I'd like it to be faster. It's so slow that it's usually quicker to walk around every room and manually close the blinds than to open the app even on a fast modern phone

Generally OK but limited number of schedules means I cannot automate all of my blinds to open and close! I have to limit the automation which seems to go against its purpose. APP DEV please can you increase the number of schedules available? Otherwise crashes daily for no apparent reason. Works well and once you get the hang of it seems to do what's its limited ability allows.
