Awful game that cheats constantly. It will either only let one player win or will keep giving you an Internet error. And it will not let you pass or will take the card you need and swap it out. The daily bonus doesn't come up more that half the time. The only reason I use this game is it allows you to pay friends. And stop asking us to buy stuff and then act like the purchase failed when we click the no button.

Not so happy with this game. It shuts down in the middle of a game and when it reloads it takes me to a higher stacks game I never chose and shuts down on that one too. I uninstalled it and am trying a game that doesn't have issues. I tried emailing, only got a response asking for details of issue which I had already submitted on initial email and never heard back. The game is fun when you can play but it's been more frustrating lately. They game was my go to to relieve frustration not add more.

This is an update to my original rating..... Format of game has changed. It takes at least 15 minutes or more to find an opponent AND NOW, if both win a hand the bonus does not roll-over to the next hand. Designers of this game need to correct their algorithm and look into why it takes so long to find an opponent. Oftentimes I cancel out of the game because I don't have 15-plus minutes to wait before an opponent is found. I'm sure others have stopped playing as well due to this problem.
HOUSE OPERATIONS
Don't get me wrong. I would love to give this five stars. I love the game. Seems that I have an issue with the game freezing and when it finally unfreezes it will actually say it will kick me off if I miss any more turns. Problem is I didn't take the turn! I end up losing whatever money or what you call it. I've even had the game have a card in mid-motion while you're trying to get to the next play which keeps you from getting that card where you need it so that you can possibly win

Love this game but it won't let me login with either Facebook or Google. The options are given when you first open the app but just circles back to the page asking you to login without logging you in. I'll keep playing as a guest but I definitely won't be spending any real $ on a game that won't save my progress. The game itself, so far its the only gin game I've found that give a clear option for straight gin, no knocking. I hate knocking. I love the sort feature. Easy to use and fun to play.

I was so happy to find a Gin Rummy app that would allow me to play cards with my family members, but the app interface was too stressful. I'm not sure what made it stressful - maybe the timer, or sometimes the cards were hard to move. When the timer runs out, it doesn't forfeit your game, it plays your turn for you - which is nice if the other player quits or loses wifi. I liked that you have the choice between FB or Google sign in since I don't use FB. I'll be removing due to the stress.

This game is fun but only for a minute then they RIG the game trust me I have lost game after game after game can not win no matter what I put money in the game now they take all the coins you pay for trust me I do not understand why they do this your better off to find another gin game rigged rigged rigged not to mention the ONLY REVIEWS the producers will answer are the good ones how convenient I just played 4 games and lost everyone that's not including the games I lost in the last week!!!!!!

You need a very good internet connectivity to play this game. I am surprised to find that one can was online video witout any issue but, can't play this game. It will show poor connectivity !!
