Reduce your snoring with SnoreGym, the workout app for quiet sleep from the creators of SnoreLab.With this exercise app for snorers, get your snoring under control by working out your “snoring muscles”. You can also directly sync with the No.1 snoring tracking app, SnoreLab, to track your progress.
One of the main causes of snoring is weak muscles in the mouth area. SnoreGym is an exercise app which helps to tone your upper airway muscles to reduce snoring.
SnoreGym will guide you through a set of clinically-proven exercises for your tongue, soft palate, cheeks and jaw.
Features include:
- Exercises to reduce snoring
- Easy-to-follow animations
- Clear and detailed instructions
- Evidence-based workouts
- Progress tracking
- Sync to SnoreLab
Scientists have tested a set of mouth exercises which tone muscles in the tongue, soft palate, throat, cheeks and jaw. This research has shown that mouth exercises can reduce snoring, decrease the severity of sleep apnea, reduce disturbance of bed partners and produce better sleep and quality of life.
It is important to do these exercises regularly to reduce your snoring. We recommend at least 10 minutes a day for 8+ weeks.

It might be helpful to include animations or video demonstrations to complement the explanations of the exercises. For someone learning these exercises for the first time, it can be difficult to confidently determine if they are performing them correctly. Written descriptions alone, like explaining how to do a push-up in text, may not be enough to ensure proper form and technique. I am now browsing YouTube for demos of these excersises.

It works! Give it 2-3 weeks to have an effect, and you must stick with it consistently. There's two sets of 6 exercises that take only 5 minutes a set, and only 10 minutes (two sessions) are needed each day. It can pop a reminder to help you remember. Paying for the app is worth it. You will need another app to monitor your snoring at night to check your progress. SnoreLab is a paid subscription. I use SnoreClock. Search for "snore" in Google Play to see them all and try them out.

I find the tips that appear during the exercises a great addition to ensure you're doing them right. The animations are great, as well as the timed reps with slight grace to switch sides. I found that to be very smooth and a great experience thus far. I've only used this two nights in a row but am excited to see some progress. One tip if using Snorelab --- I have a fan and air purifier running due to the temp in my bedroom. These drown out any detection of snoring and I get false snore results.

This is a great app! I love it! It's very easy to use and really works well in recording you as you sleep. It has many features to help you with your problems. You can even sync it to snow jam which you can get to from the app. It's great it goes through a series of tongue and cheek exercises with animated pictures to help you do it right. I recommend this for anybody that has trouble sleeping or believe they have sleep apnea or do have it to track how well your device works for you.

Combining this with a mandibular device. Too early to say if the exercises are helping but definitely glad I got this app. It pairs well with the main Snore app and so easy to follow along with the videos. I have tried to maintain exercises like these before following a doctor's video but with this app I'm finding it much easier

Fantastic app. One minor flaw: I wish when reminder is activated, it doesn't have to replace the "alarm shortcut" in the top left of quick settings (swipe down the notification bar twice), as in the case of Google Pixel. Normally, clicking onto the 'alarm' shortcut will direct the user to the default alarm clock app. But when a SnoreGym reminder is on, it will trigger a SnoreGym notification: "Exercise now for quieter sleep".

When starting app for the first time, I was stuck at screen "For best result, integrate SnoreGym...". There is not any button to continue. My phone is Poco F2 Pro. Please help to fix. *Update: This issue is because my phone has setting Remove Animations to speed up the phone. Support Team works very hard for my issue. I will update when the fix is ok and after I used the app for a while. **Update: Build version 15-Jan-2021 fixed my issue. Thank you for your promt reply, Support Team.

The back of my tongue, after 10 mins, broken into 2 parts, felt tired. If I can keep up the routine, I feel this will work. I can feel mouth & tongue muscles working, which should prove fruitful. I've been on CPAP since November 2017. Not sexy at all, not by a long shot. Highly recommend this little app. Give it a consistent shot.
