Very good app to monitor your solar production, everything is comprehensive and easy to use on monitoring page. However when it comes to the inverter status page: why you have to pull the switch each time to connect??? Luckily you can re-use already scanned QR code, otherwise this would be nearly impossible.

Very buggy. Changing the times on Manual mode often doesn't save and reverts to previous settings when you exit the app and go back in. Sometimes the app doesn't report any data at all from my system despite v strong reliable WiFi signal. The battery tab frequently displays "No internet connection" despite everything else working. The "Time of Use " mode has some sort of intelligence where it tries to predict usage etc, but doesn't get it right a lot of the time....

The data goes back to day 1 so it's easy to track usage and the UI is ok and pretty responsive. It's missing many features, like an alert when half your panels go offline. Logging into the inverter is difficult and broke mine. When it works, it's pretty good, but I am finding I'm trying to get my system fixed now.

The current version does not honor the battery backup reserve set point. If I set it to 25%, it sets 24%. If I set 61%, it sets 37%. The weather guard returns the site to installer settings instead of back to the previous setting (Time of Use). Time of use needs an option of charging the battery from the grid during off-peak to avoid peak. The company will not respond to any attempts to communicate with them.

Constantly fails to update, sometimes for days. I know it's not my internet or line of sight from/to the panels. It will work and update flawlessly for days, then stop, then suddenly work again. Update 10/19: I've done the technical assistance. Now it's worse. My data from Wednesday is still changing today (Saturday), but the app leads you to think a day is complete as it shows "some data" all day long. Ex. FULL SUN for 3 days, it shows I peaked at 8kw each day, then continues on. Now 1 star.

It is set up in the wrong time zone, but the installer was from over the border. The physical layout is not quite right but is close enough. The app has all the functionality needed but would like more systems integration with smart house systems. Like the ability to switch power on and off when excess solar is available or when using grid power. This is already done by the ev charger, so it must be possible.

unable to utilize the app. when I log into the app or the web version keep receiving a loading screen on the app and an error 500 on the web page. not very useful if I can't use it. tried calling support and it wants me to utilize the web chat for support that does not give me an option to type what the issue is. Just multiple choices to choose from and none are app issues.

Meh. The app works, but the functionality in the app is not worth writing home about. For instance: I can't put my energy-provider's plan in, so the savings in euros are an estimate, not realistic. Also getting the converter status via the QR-code simply does not work. It's only function really is to see the solar production statistics, but without the possibility to connect those to actual usage, they don't mean a thing. It basically only tells me wether the sun is shining or not.
