The app is great in this form or the beta. My only thing is when in remote locations with no signal you can't connect to speaker to change sound profiles or modes. But I love my Soundboks either way. (Edit- you can connect via Bluetooth but you can't connect to the app.)

Yo this app is good just a couple suggestions. A battery power display and an x y axis for reconfiguring the bass and treble in a simple mode are my two main wants. With the power display can it display approximate time left when confirming custom ; levels? Thanks love your product in Monterey, CA.

The app works okay most of the time. There are connection issue sometimes. The app sends you ads via notifications and that's unacceptable. The ads are the reason why I have to give this app one star.

When I bought my two Sounboks Go speakers, and downloaded the app, it allowed custom equalizer function for both speakers, paired in stereo. An update made it necessary to eq each speaker separately, which makes no sense, and takes away much and distracts from a listening experience. I would have chosen a different set of speaks if I'd known this was coming. I hate-hate-hate that I can no longer eq both speakers, paired for stereo, together. That that capability was taken away is batshit nuts.

The revamped app is a HUGE improvement from the complete disaster of the previous one. However, keep in mind that although you can connect your phone's Bluetooth to the speaker easy enough, you CANNOT connect this app to your Soundboks GO unless you turn on your phone's GPS first. Totally bizarre but that's the way it is.

The quality is astonishing, but since today, the box doesn't connect via the app anymore. I can still connect it with Bluetooth, but I can't get the advanced sound control anymore, what bothers me a bit. Can you help me out? Edit: Updated the app again and voilà. It works just fine, great app great sound and even better bass. 5/5 Stars.

Right out of the box the app can't pair and keeps crashing. Can't use Stages mode, best mode, because app crashes it. Speaker is great, but please fix this issue. Update... Your speaker setting make this thi unusable for anything but the default settings. You can fix every ones connectivity issues? Why not return and just get JBL then!! Please fix already! *** FYI I've done all of the customer service recommendations***

The app keeps disconnecting and forgetting the speaker despite Bluetooth still being connected and streaming to the speaker. Everytime I want to make a volume adjustment on my phone, I have to open the app, fully exit out of it again to restart, then scan for my soundboks, even if the Bluetooth connection hasn't changed since the app was last used. At least the sound modes are saved to the speaker itself upon selection, so that's not an issue, but still, it's annoying to deal with for volume :/
