The only problem I have is that even when my music is done mixing, it won't let me download the mp3 to share with people. Other than that, I love it. Also, I have problems with adjusting the tone/tempo I just renewed my subscription, but it hasn't worked. I paid the amount that I was supposed to pay. Yet it I'm still using the free limited version.

the web version isnt great but still better than this. constantly gets overloaded, UI is just worse, saves get corrupted losing you hours of work, its much harder to work with... and on top of that it has subscription features? why pay if it runs so bad? i would suggest bandlab for mobile instead, this is just disappointing. i do admit i enjoyed using web version much more despite it being slow sometimes, but its not nearly as bad as this.

Pretty much you can change volumes and that's it no importing tracks no edits very limited options. Can't split etc etc. This app is 1% done. The desktop has so much more i only look at my track on the mobile app. I don't edit them. This is the worst app I've used slow. Trash. You guys need to remove this garbage off of app store till you can figure it out.

I use the regular browser and mobile app and I have got to say this is one of the best music making apps I have ever used. Everything is incredibly user friendly, and the exports work great! I have had incredible success with this app, and I would reccomend it to anyone who is trying out music making for the first time. I deducted one star for the mobile version, which is hard to navigate, but besides that works great. Please make songs easier to export off mobile!

UI on mobile is terrible and getting anything done is a nightmare. Also, they promise to keep your saves and audio safe, but one corrupted automated save is all it takes to lose everything. Don't trust this app unless you are ok with potentially losing access to the very thing you are paying them to store securely.

Lost 4 Years of Progress I've had an account with Sountrap ever since 2020. I paid $10 a month, and tried upgrading it to $20 (since now you have to pay to unlock everything). When I tried upgrading, it says I needed to update my billing information. After putting in my card information (which was already in), it said it was successfully updated, but instantly brought me back to the page saying it needs to be updated. Not only can I not upgrade it, but it cancelled my existing subscription too.

I use this app on a computer at school and it works amazing. But, on mobile, it's an utter disaster. It's buggy, audio won't download, things disappear from time to time. I give it three stars only because the desktop version is lovely to work with, but I only have access to that version at school. Please fix the bugs, this is a wonderful, beginner-friendly music software, but it could be so much better on mobile

Soundtrap is a workstation with a great interface making it easy to create. However, the app rarely works properly adding difficulty to the smallest tasks. Downloads don't actually save to your phone anymore so you can only play your music from the songs tab. Unfortunately around 70% of the time that either takes ages to load or doesn't play at all. Online the creative process is smooth rather than tedious like some other digital audio workstations. App needs some serious work.
