The absolute worst user interface I've ever experienced for something I actually have to pay for. I would expect something like this if it was free or if it were still the 90s. The good: It works. The bad: There's no way to change any of the settings from the app, you have to log in to the physical DVR. It's impossible to navigate anywhere quickly. The notification options seem to be either one every ten seconds, or none at all. You have to scroll through days of video to find events.

I manage a property using a CCTV security system which uses Speco cameras, and DVRs. This app allows me to remotely access the system to view status, specify cameras, initiate recording and other monitoring activities, essential to staying informed about a property without physically being on site. It allows me to contact other personnel in response to an event or problem, improving response time and mitigating property damage, or loss of life.

Basically unusable in all aspects, especially when trying to playback recordings. Watching live feed is next to impossible as well. Some devices don't show up for minutes after opening the app. Scrolling through channels either, it will go to a screen that says no data. If you have Speco hardware and you want to monitor on your mobile, I don't think there is any option other than this app. Speco, please address the issues with this app or release a new one.

4 out of 5 times when I open this app, it doesn't connect to my NVR. When it connects, it works as expected. Speco should invest some money and make sure their app works 100%. When my alarm goes off in the middle of the night, I don't want to have to open and close my app 4 times to get my cameras to show up. It's 2023...unacceptable. I haven't seen an update in a long time. Keep providing updates otherwise customer will move on. I've been looking for more reliable mobile viewing alternatives.

It keeps crashing. And using way too much memory. It was good before but then all of a sudden, I lost access to both of my NVR's and so I had to reprogram them into the app and now about 3/4 of the time I want to look at my cameras, the NVR's aren't available. I know it's not the NVR's themselves, because I have a monitor attached to the NVR's and can see the cameras working just fine. It is just the app.

This app is terrible. The system constantly loses connectivity to the app for no apparent reason even though my Wifi is running flawlessly and the ethernet is plugged into the NVR. Also, whenever there is a software update, connection is lost again. You don't get a notification on the NVR that a new update is available. I always have to go and hunt for it on Speco's site. The stupid app is not connecting to the NVR as of today. There are no new software updates. Complete garbage!!!

App not working since update. Can't login since update is says it's sending a verification code but never sends one. Now it will send code but gives error when I enter it

Very disappointed in this app called speco blue: when time matter this app does not perform at it's best if performed at all when time matter. I wish that they would come up with a better app software that we can view our property as well as the value of things we install the cameras for if I had known that this app was so poorly I would have when to Best buy Walmart or some of the other electronic stores to purchase camera and the software would have been a lot better.
