UPDATED issues: now every time I try to login through the app, I keep getting an invalid_grant. This happens with my password and username, it happens with my fingerprint scan. What is going on with this app? Really? Y'all app barely works. Since the last update it removed all of my login info. Now a forced 2-fsctor authentication is on. I only have this so i can pay my bill and half the time the app doesn't even work.

Whenever I pay on-line, I like a confirmation number. MediaCom sucks in this aspect. The app itself works as well as most other bill pay apps I've used. A month later.....redesigned app so you can look around and try to find where and how to pay. Either way, Mediacom is a poor cable carrier. Expensive, billing always changing, internet and cable frequently go down and the system needs to be rebooted. So when internet goes off-line, so does your security system. Only thing reliable - monthly bill

This app needs work. It took me three tries before my payment was accepted. And I am expecting all three payments to show up on my bank statement. I can actually see it happening with this app. Update: I have downgraded my review to two stars, because of the problems I am having logging in. I can't manually sign in. I can't use my fingerprint. Nothing; even after uninstalling and reinstalling it three times, AS WAS SUGGESTED BY THE PERSON I TALKED TO OVER THE PHONE. Nothing.

I've had issues with logging in many times but it's been working for a couple months now without a problem. It is very helpful to have access to billing but especially for outages and network interruptions cause you can immediately see what's happening in your area. And if it's personal issue you can use troubleshooting to try fixing it yourself before having to do the unthinkable- making a phone call. Worth it 👌

App doesn't do what i needed it to do. I was instructed to install this app so I can see my bill (option is not a avaliable in my profile via online portal). When pressing the Billing option on the bottom tool bar, the app stays on the current tab and doesn't reload. Changing the theme, logging out, or selecting Billing while on different tabs doesn't resolve issue. Checked on phone home and other apps to verify phone does not have dead space in that area either.

I have been trying to use the Mobile App to get a barcode for Dollar General to scan so I can pay my bill but everytime I tap billing, nothing happens. Everything else works when I tap it but not billing. It's aggravating. All I want to do is pay my bill. This has been a problem for a while. Please fix it or tell me what I am doing wrong, PLEASE!!!!

I would give it 4 or 5 stars except that it will not accept my CC for auto-pay (despite accepting it for one-time payments every month) because my City doesn't work with my zip code. There is a glitch in the app! I've worked with tech support and they said they would fix it, but here we are again with me paying manually every month and me not getting the $10 discount for auto-pay.

Typical mediacom, app doesn't do anything, asks if I want to setup a mediacom ID but doesn't give a choice so forced to do so and then when I try to set one up it loads the screen behind the first message asking if I want to set one up and won't let me do so. For a company in charge of internet you'd think they'd have a decent tech team to set an app up correctly, clearly not
