Ad crazy. Insane. When I select player to listen to my recordings, ads override my screen. I have to swipe the app off my screen to kill the ad and then start over to see if it does it again the next time I open the app and go to player. It usually does. Also, I cannot find where my recordings are on my phone either. This is sad. I can navigate through all my Android folders plugged into Windows, but my recordings are nowhere to be found.

Initially the best recording app I'd used for many years until a recent update (3.08), rendered files hidden away in an inaccessible location and not the 'VoiceRecorder' Internal Storage folder. Rolling back to 3.07 by manually installing the 3.07 APK fixed this. Also, as of late-2021, the UI lacks a dark mode, which has been a standard app feature for a long time now. Unless the author(s) fixes the storage issue at least, I'll soon switch to another app. Negating two stars for these two issues

I've used Smart Recorder to record music ideas and was looking for something better, but now I'll go back. 1) There's a delay before recording so you need to pause between pressing record and putting down content. Nobody wants to lose the first notes because the recording wasn't fast enough. 2) I can't use sideswipe when naming recordings forcing me to type a character at a time. 3) Ads are more invasive (full screen). 4) Stopped playing after a few recordings and deletes.

Superb! Fantastic! Excellent! Perfect! _ I really do love this Voice Recorder. It's been designed with class. Looks great. Small file size. It actually records flawlessly & when your ready, it plays back just as well. Ads are not a problem. Easily 5 Stars. _ I have used MANY, as I am a Pro Audio Engineer. This ties for first place. That is, along with several other great ones that i also enjoy using. Note: Please understand we all are stuck with using the mics that was built into our devices.🎤🎧

Very useful recorder app and easy to work with. I downloaded it because I would be able to record all my incoming & outgoing calls as well as use it as a voice recorder. The app is easy to use, and the recordings have good sound quality. There are some ads but they are not very intrusive. However, sometimes when I'm recording with this app, the recording will stop for no reason. I get frustrated because whenever this happens, I have to start the song I'm singing completely over.

Very clear and accurate recordings! Picks up a roomful of musicians! Easy to set up for recording. I recorded an hour-long performance and wish I knew how to cut the songs into individual units. Also, I'm not too tech savvy so it took awhile for me to figure out how to share my recording with others via messenger or email. The problem was that my file was so large, I couldn't share it as is, so I had to create a link.

When you pause while playing, the cursor has to stop at the place, where it's playing. And when pause is released, it should play from that point onwards. However, it's not happening so. When pause is used, the cursor goes to the beginning of the recorded audio. THIS IS A GREAT DRAWBACK OF THIS APPLICATION. HENCE, ONLY 3 STARS ARE GIVEN. PLEASE CORRECT IT. FURTHER GIVE THE OPTION OF COPYING OF THE AUDIO FILE, IN THIS PROGRAM. However, this is a tiny and best recorder. Keep it up. If possibl

its a really good app, the sound quality is surprisingly good with it has a major flaw. alnost every time I pause it, it jumps to the end. this is really annoying when trying to transcribe an interview as I have to keep going back and finding exactly where I was every time I pause it to write something down which is so much more time consuming. if they fix this, it would be 5 stars
