Bad interface and bad service. Sometimes takes a long time to connect to the camera's stream and it also fails a lot when it tries to stablish the connect. I know it's not my internet cos I have Webcam from other companies and I have no suchs issues with those. Also the interface for playback its really bad and difficult to use

I've been using this app for a while and the last update has my lights pairing failing everytime. I had to erase one of my devices to pair it again so it could work better but now I can't pair anything with the app and I have no issues with my WiFi connection. Why are updates getting worse? It needs to be fixed.

It connects quickly to the camera, and alarms are prompt. But the interface to access the recorded videos on the SD card is not easy to use to select videos. And no option to download an individual video.

Stupid bulbs are not pairing at all after charged the WiFi name. It's ridiculous! I have spent hours resetting and trying to reconnect them, it just won't work. That's what happens when you buy cheap products!

this app doesn't work with Google home, with the last update Android 14 the app can't connect with Google home is impossible to make the link with the app. Pls development department, repair this issue is very frustrated can't use the vice control.

Not good enough for quick configuration lights. I have several RGB ligths and I have to configure one by one to change between white and scene functions. Please improve this, also I can't activate scenes with Alexa device.

Everytime I try to set up an steren device, the app takes a long time and at the end it says "time out reached". I restarted many times and it stills not working

Interface should be friendlier, but schedules and devices always work great, I've never had issues. That's 5 stars for me because I've never wasted time.
