loved the app until April when it just crashed without even opening, to fix it fully uninstalled and redownloaded it again but lost all my saved products so I have to readd everything again. it was great having all the manuals for my equipment in one spot at my fingertips even in the field. I liked being able to even add my non stihl products to the app so I had their important information too.

This app does not support any of the models that are not current. I bought a km 90 3 years ago and it won't even come up in there lists. Also the bar advisor does not seem to support any models. If you bought a brand new machine I guess this might be helpful. Also fuel calculator goes to 5 litres. Gone concept but still needs a ton of work. Maybe this app works best in US but not great in Canada

Does not work for Finland (dealer selection). Weird non-working integration with Google Maps. No manuals for MS 881. This app is in diaper stage (something like alpha or early beta). Thought this would be prime sw to keep my Stihl tools inventory: but it is not. Could write and have been writing better sw within couple of days.

It crashes everytime I try to open it. It happened after the April 2021 update. Apr26/21 I did fill out the form last night. It still crashes with in 5 seconds. I also filled out Google play crash report, with all automated parameters recorded.

App do not recognize older products like some of the chainsaws I have. (Example being the stihl 023 or the 230 or the 026). Also when I did get some products added it says the "manual for product is not available at the time and gives me next to no information. So I just wasted 20 min downloading an app and adding products I own to it so I can get no information on them but a list of the tools I own. Well that's a wast of time. Removing app now.

Just bought a brandnew chainsaw MS 230, but this app doesn't have it anymore, plus I can't get it to recognize I'm in Japan. And even if so, wouldn't probably let me use it in English or German, which I had been looking for. And judging from other reviews, no follow from Stihl either. Nice idea, baddly executed.

Great app.... when it works. Unfortunately, it's back to thinking I'm in the UK and most of the time won't work because it says I have no internet connection when in fact I do and all other apps are working just fine.

Unfortunately the language can't be changed in the app. I use my phone in english but want to use some apps in german. My phone does not support android 14 (where you can change the language of individual apps).
