Great idea. Poor application and execution. Staff aren't very responsive, but expect you to be. They say guaranteed stints aren't like being on call, they lie. That is exactly what it is. Occasionally it would work for a month and be helpful and I'd think it would work, but still lots of bugs. Don't always have the funds to travel as far and quickly as they would like to be able to accept the guaranteed stints they offer and then they penalize you for it. Last update broke the app on my phone.

Tried to send a video through to discuss my background and why I want to jojm stint as per the requirement but failed a couple times. Always redirect me to the page that allows me to download the app but I already have it. Live support does not actually give you the ability to type a message.

I keep trying to upload my intro video but after uploading the app crashes and asks me to do it again. I tried to use the help option in the app but whenever I click it, the app shuts off.

This might just be the worst app I have ever downloaded. No offer of support in any shape or form. The live chat is utterly useless. A despicably horrible user interface. A waste of my storage smh.

I think this app contains lot of bugs. I don't understand why this app suddenly stops working while updating our details in the starting step

App redesign now suck. They want you to upload a video of yourself!!!! why not contact people via teams and do your interviews. You want someone who has been on the waitlist for over 10 months constantly checking so as to be the fastest finger to get out of the waitlist and later got tired of checking the app to now send a video of himself talking about how he's gonna fit in?! I was just going through my inbox, and I saw Stint text message, so I decided to drop a review

Stints are good but the support team is awful, they call you and send you lots of reminders which is fine but then they take long time to answer and doesn't help, they are unefficient and useless. I have this issue with the app for more than a month now and explain to them more than once that it was a problem from their side, the answer was to update my share code on the app which I did it more than once, it wasn't until I got angry that they started to see how to solve it and yet, is not solved

After attempting to add my experience. I go into a jot form that takes me into an endless cycle of clicking onto the app in a small tiny square that takes me back to the app. The form is not submitted. So disappointed
