This app helps you by tapering off within the time limit that you choose. I paid for the notification bar countdown timer and notification bell when the countdown is up. It sleeps when you do, as the timer doesn't reset until you start it, whether you reset it before or after the countdown is up. I love this app so far and can't wait to see the future updates! I am doing the 200 days til quit, and I smoke about 15 cigarettes/day right now. I just paid a week ago. Wish me luck!!

Exactly what I was looking for. There's a 3 day free trial and then $15 for 3 month subscription if you choose. It's helped me keep track of the smokes, I've gone down to 4 a day from around 15+. There's a timer that starts between smokes that increases over time (its adjustable). I like to think it's like a game, you gotta beat the timer (go longer without a smoke). It would be good if there was a way to delete a smoke in the record that was accidentally put in though. Overall really good app👍

I stumbled across this app while looking for something to help me quit. I have tried everything and have had no luck. The app is nothing fancy and pretty basic. Simple to use, even if you're not familiar with technology. I have went from smoking a pack or more a day to half a pack a day in a month. You have the option to choose how fast or slow you want to step down. I feel that weaning myself off may be more successful, because you are not supplementing with another source of nicotine.

Almost unusable app. Not really sure it has such a nice rating. The only feature it has is to count cigarettes per day and set a timer to the next smoke which doesn't have any logic at glance. Say, I started from 10 digs daily and going to quit in 100 days. My expectation is the app would show me 10 cigs a day as a limit and then would decrease it every 10 days by 1 with accordingly increasing time between "smoke sessions". Nothing. It doesn't have either simple stats. Uninstalling

So far, so good. I have been able to cut down to about half by now.. This was exactly what I was looking for. There used to be a similar app but the updated version is useless. Very glad to find a suitable replacement. The only small suggestion would be to cancel the last smoke or reset, as I have sometimes tapped the button by accident, and this counts towards my "weakling time"

Thanks a lot to the developers. This is a very useful application, otherwise while you are chatting on the phone, you can smoke half a pack unnoticed. Everything is easy and understandable - I smoked, started the timer, the countdown ended, you can smoke. The habit of smoking by the hour is developed. Gradually, the time increases, and you do not notice that you smoke less and less.

Pleasantly surprised. Simple smoke break timer, nothing super fancy. You can put in how much you smoke, how much you want to cut back OR quit, and shows you how much money you'll be saving. it doesn't have an alarm that I can see but having to open the app and physically reset the timer can make it more of a chore. No big paywalls for services. Also, I think the weakling timer is hilarious, you're not alone, this app developer is here to look at you in disappointment when you cheat your goals.
