Welcome Home.With the new STRATIS Mobile App, Residents, Staff, Visitors, and Vendors can seamlessly use mobile passes for all electronic access points including elevators, parking garages, common areas, amenity areas, and of course, apartment units. Users have the ability to remotely control their smart devices in the unit (including thermostats, lighting, and more!), submit service requests, request access for visitors, and much more!
We make smart apartment living easier.
Residents with accounts immediately gain access to any and all devices and access points they have permissions for. When a Resident moves off the property, they immediately lose access to that unit, and the devices revert back to property management control. Backed by our property-wide networks for device connectivity and our SOC 2 Type 2 audited security focus, Residents and Staff users can rest at ease that their devices, data, and units are safe and secure.
One of the core features STRATIS offers is the ability to automate smart home behavior based on users realtime location. With geofencing-enabled scenes, residents can set up Home and Away scenes that automatically gets triggered when entering or leaving a property — like adjusting thermostats, turning lights on or off, and so on.
STRATIS is Intelligent Buildings, not just shiny bells and whistles that typically come with the term “IoT.” We focus on security, energy management, asset protection, and efficiencies. We are installed in over 350,000 apartments in the U.S., and more than 20,000 apartments internationally.
This new STRATIS Mobile App is a scalable and flexible foundation that we continue to grow on, so don’t be surprised when you see cool new features every couple of months!
With STRATIS, you can:
* Customize your home dashboard with devices and scenes that you use the most
* Unlock your unit lock and other access points from your mobile device
* Control all devices in your apartment from anywhere in the world
* Create schedules for thermostat control and scenes
* Enable location-based triggers through geofencing
* Receive alerts for leaks
* See energy and water consumption over time*
* Control your devices through our Alexa integration and the STRATIS Skill
* Seamlessly interact with even the largest of devices, like window shades!

* and so much more!

Functionality of this app is VERY low. First off it takes forever to load. It's supposed to be a key, why would I want to wait 2 minutes for a key? Getting your account set up requires so many intrusive steps, and yeah, you could say that this is necessary for security, it isn't, but you could say that. And the range is also horrible. Not to mention the website that the app takes you to (which is a separate strike onto itself) is also slow and completely unhelpful. I'd give it 0 stars if I could

Tap to open does not work on Android, everyone in my apartment building with Android phones have confirmed this. Several other NFC-oriented apps work for me just fine. Smart locks have one job: open the door as simply as a traditional fob. Pin codes and other options are nice secondaries, but the fact that I cannot tap to enter is indefensible. Please fix it.

app is super slow, layout is terrible, several features don't work, limited configuration, no support for watches. It's absurd that I have to use this app instead of being able to use Google wallet. Basically the entire building uses the number pad instead of this app.

These systems are terrible. the sensors are super weak, so if you're using a fob, it takes direct flat surface contact to read. It removes the convenience of a fob from the user's end. The app is not much better. it takes forever to load up. It takes awhile to recognize you're selecting open, which is unnecessary because you still have to be close to the door to unlock it. The widget doesn't let me add shortcuts on my homepage. I'm an engineer and a power user in most apps, and this one sucks.

poorly designed software. it's designed to be used in garages and places with poor Internet connectivity but over uses the network downloading images and doing unnecessary work when all you are trying to do is open a door. it slows down car traffic and irritates people. usually I just use a key fob because it's faster. either way there is better options out there

The way this app repeatedly asks for notifications permission after being denied is a violation of Google's developer policy. I have reported it to have it stricken from the Play Store until it is compliant with policy since Android 11. I also love how it randomly gets amnesia. Some might say that is just incompetent design, but I find it absolutely thrilling not knowing if I'll need to stand at the door logging in for 5 minutes. 😍😍 So much fun

It's ok. A little frustrating when some visitors can't use the app because they're email info, the app won't use.

Had to install twice. Second install, app now works and formerly working PIN is now broke. You want an app that let's you into your home to be reliable. This isn't it.
