This is a classical TisTacToe game which can be played on the same phone or can be played on two phones. 1st player creates "Wifi hotspot" and 2nd player connects "wifi" to 1st player's hotspot. Then 1st player will host the game and 2nd player will join the game.
When both player clicks on "Ready" button after 10 sec game starts.
