They deactivated my account as soon as I tried redeeming $50 I had just earned from a one on one online interview (this is after they had approved the points and given them to me to redeem). They didn't give any specific reason. I reached out to support thinking it was a mistake and they just stated that there was a reason and that I would not get my accound reactivated (with $60 I had honestly earned). I've made several withdrawals in the last two years without an issue but I guess we're done.

App crashes repeatedly after 1-3 questions answered. Un and reinstalled with no effect. Edit: the app itself is fun and easy to use. The crashes are still happening. Sometimes can get quite a few questions answered, then crashes are more frequent and it freezes. I'll close out by swiping up and restart the app, but when becomes too frequent will just leave it for a while. It is a good app otherwise and they did respond very quickly.

I don't like the newest version of the app. The main board page has odd shadowing. Once you submit an answer, instead of the old way that the screen would casually move on, now it does this sharp "turn the page" type motion that looks super awkward. If you use the back button, it doesn't take you back to what you were reading or typing, it just exits the entire question/set. There are also a lot of technical errors and bugs that are quite annoying. Sometimes you have to answer multiple times.

Easy way to earn rewards and pretty easy to rack up points. I did have an issue with redeeming points taking several days, but other than that, I enjoy it UPDATED REVIEW: Have cashed out for gift cards 3 or 4 times. Recently got a bigger reward than usual & suddenly account is flagged & disabled. I read the guidelines & I did not break any of them. IF support is helpful & can reactivate my account, I will do another update with a higher rating. We'll see.... Extremely frustrating though.

I've been using for about a month. Thr surveys are bite sized. A few questions each. They have a decent variety. You still receive points for a screen out. Screen outs are immediate and thankfully rare. Compared to most other apps I've tried, this is one of the good ones. Payout takes two days. Received every penny owed within the two days. I would recommend this app for anyone interested.

It's very easy and simple surveys that don't take up much of your time. You only need 1,000 points to get a $5 gift card and those points add up fast. I've had it for about 2-3 months and I've made about $50 in Amazon gift cards. However, I'm only rating 4 stars simply because it would be more useful if there was an option to cash out for PayPal. Edit: After the last update, I can't cash out simply because I don't have the same phone number I used when I signed up, won't let me change my number

This app usually works pretty well. But for the past week it has been constantly crashing and giving an error message that says: sorry This survey is unavailable after Several questions are answered. I will update my rating When this glitch is fixed. *update* Unfortunately, I'm lowering my rating to one, if I could give 0 I would.And now I can't even receive rewards after I've cashed out on top of customer service being terrible(bugs/Glitching & crashes still a HUGE issue)

Well this app was totally awesome and I used it daily, multiple times a day even but then it just slowly cut back on the surveys. After a few months of trying my best to get enough points to get a reward, I went to cash out and redeem my points and the app refused to let me get any reward and then it completely kicked me out. There's no way to reach customer support either. Do NOT waste your time. I'm very disappointed and hope this review helps the next person. Not cool Crowdtap...
