SweetEscape was fantastic! Their photoshoot packages were easy to browse and affordable, and booking an appointment through their app was a breeze. We were lucky to be matched with Pablo for our trip to Paris. He was incredibly friendly and patient, making us feel comfortable throughout the shoot. Sweet Escape is a fast, easy, and reliable photography services app. We have used it multiple instances now (three times as of this writing). The photographers are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are open to suggestions and easy to communicate especially on the type of photos we want. The pictures turned out really great as well and there are a lot to choose from. We will definitely use Sweet Escape again if we have another trip in the future. Overall definitely 5 stars!

The overall experience, the photographer and the edit are good. But the big downside is the downloadable photos are not in high resolution. It is more for social media but impossible to use for printing in big canvas (e.g., as displays for wedding event). Your print result will look fuzzy. The photographer shoot in RAW and in high megapixel full frame camera, but you can only download 1980px (2mp) worth of resolution photos. Hope that there is an option to get the high resolution photos.

Good photographer, need improvement for app. Pros : SweetEscape has the network of photographer in various countries, and this is what I need. The result is also really good. Cons : only 1 payment method with PayPal, would be better if there are several options.

The service is too expensive when compared to the results. After the editing from SweetEscape, the resolution of the photos just dropped significantly and they are similar to the photos taken from phone (only around 3MB). They even charge more money for extra low-res photos. Not worth it.

Give my money back! I booked a photographer in Labuan Bajo weeks ago and I've paid 100% of the fee just as they asked (which is weird, usually photographers only ask for DP first, but I had no choice because I couldn't find any photographers there). The in app chat keeps crashing and I'm not allowed to get the photographer's phone number, the photoshoot should be tomorrow yet there's no update at all. Where will I meet him? What if he was late? Unbelievable, what people do to steal money.

The communication between vendor and user is horrible. It is almost impossible to get an instant reply from the sweetescape. The chat section shows "offline" most of the time. It is too backward for today's time where you can get an instant update in most apps.
