The application has to be used alone on a cellphone. You can't view your resume while using the application because you may have to start over. On a computer it may be possible to see more than one application atvthe same time. It would be nice if it were possible to view your resume while answering questions on the interview; that's what interview means. Having a resume is important when you go to an interview.

The first few questions were difficult with the layout, the prep period showed a video at the top, the question to be answered, then a small camera preview at the bottom that made it look like your face wasn't in the video. When it switched to the record period, (after adjusting the device position) the whole screen was now a poorly adjusted view of mostly the ceiling. The last few questions still maintained the question at the top of the screen and made it easier to answer the entire question.

Very intuitive and great app. It's crazy that in todays society we are doing interviews this way. the only reason I am giving it a 3 star is because I went through all of the equipment testing and my phone tested fine. the mic, camera, lighting, and connection were all good to go. however, once I started the interview it kept skipping and freezing for a split second. once the question was done it would say "Audio Too Low. Test equipment." so I would and the equipment tested fine.

The video feed in my interview repeatedly stuttered and paused, making me think it had stopped recording or crashed. Attempting to start the app after the interview additionally caused it to actually crash. The amount of data they're presumably collecting given the wording on the "allow us to collect data" button is concerning as well. Do not use if you have any option, but you likely don't.

I honestly might lose this job opportunity because of this app, I have never had an app lag out so bad to the point where it crashed in the middle of recording and then when I try to submit a ticket to let them know that the app is having connectivity issues even though I'm getting 450 Mbps down and 75 Mbps up, I still couldn't submit the ticket because the moment I got over to the last question devices it didn't give me an option, it stayed blank so I ended up giving up on submitting the ticket

The app kept popping up during my interview my audio was not working even though I kept testing it and sounded perfectly fine. Just was little frustrating trying to answer questions on the spot and the app popping up my audio wasn't loud enough and not being able to retry or listen to the recorded message.

this is not an optimal interview process. video stops repeatedly . there are no voice quality checks just a short graph which indicates you are loud enough but while interviewing it appears to indicates low volume . hopefully the reviewers can ascertain how clearly they are able to hear the answers. best of luck to all who enter here.

Simple & easy to use app. The only area for improvement would be to save all of the video uploading till the end of the interview. I know that there were some issues with recording my audio during the interview because the video uploading process was taking place, not because my device wasn't capable or was busy with other computations. The choppy audio recording while uploading previous videos caused me to have to restart some of my sentences in a few of the videos during the interview.
