There are very crippling random bugs that keeps me from using the apostrophe at times and I pay for this service so you'll have more stars when this bugs are fixed because I just can't use TeamViewer to code because of this bug. Also, the keyboard starts acting weird if you tell TeamViewer to block physical inputs too. Also, the floating toolbar that randomly disappears and that makes me log out and back in to get it working again. Still wondering why you changed it. It wasn't needed.

Surpringly, since the pandemia, this app doesn't let me connect to my grandmother's computer without asking me to pay. She relies on me and I only use it a few times a year (personal use then). And a few of my friends are experiencing the same limitations. Should this be more than an unfortunate coincidence, it would be a despicable commercial strategy. I'll switch to one of the many other quality alternatives.

This is a terrible app for Android devices. I already have it running on my pc and it works just fine. But I've spent all morning trying to get it running on an Android tablet, with no luck. It keeps asking for passwords, but when I enter the only password I have for this program it won't accept it. When I try and update the password it asks for two-factor authentication, which I don't have set up for this app. This app has the ultimate security, in that NOBODY can access it!

The very best professional remote access, remote control solution ever invented. Feature rich and extremely stable platform for supporting 1 person or a large 160 person team, opportunities are endless. The great and prompt technical support team is always ready in standby mode to help customers, as an when needed, day or night. This should be the trendsetter of the software industry of the world.

Excellent remote control for Android devices - even older ones! Also good for unattended access (though it can be used for attended, asking permission). Easy to install. Worked right out of the gate. Not confusing or too many features. This is excellent software! Highly recommended!

The remote tech support tool I used to rely on has become unusable. They now force you to create an account and the user experience is awful. My mom and I wasted half an hour trying to connect, the WiFi connection kept dropping, and she was bombarded with prompts to install unnecessary add-ons. In the end, it stopped working entirely, displaying a barrage of confusing error messages. Incredibly frustrating!

By far the worst and most complicated remote service I have ever used. Only used between two androids and the host app just keeps crashing every time I try and connect. Worked fine with quick support version, but not unattended access, the app just crashes every time I tried to connect. I gave up and deleted my account 👎👎👎

They've been trying to force this garbage "new interface" on people for like two whole years now and they still managed to not get the most basic things right. There's no option to connect to a Android host from another Android device. No option at all. What a streaming pile of trash.
