The Otto app lets pet owners conveniently connect with their veterinarian clinic to get the best care for their pets. Easily chat with your clinic, manage appointments and stay synced on your pet’s health.

Doesn't save messages or records (communications get archived within a few days and cannot be opened). If you start to type and get interrupted before sending, it reloads and you lose what has been typed. This is an unnecessary step versus using e-mail for communication. Why do businesses put up so many walls when it comes to communicating? Given the feedback score, this clearly isn't in the best interest of customers.

I generally find the platform helpful, but it absolutely needs some UX help for multiple animals: animal profiles you can click on and nest conversations under would be great. Right now, it supports only one conversation at a time; with six cats, most of whom have some special needs, it's very odd to me that I can't run conversations on a couple of my cats at once, in different chats.

Meh. PetPro Connect was miles better. You can't see full records, or vaccines, or full chat histories. It's frustrating as hell if you want to see your pet's info without having to call your vet for everything. The chat feature is nice for reaching out to my vet, but it's nothing other apps don't already have as well. It's easy to use, because there isn't much to do except chat with your vet.

My vet got this app in early 2020, and it has been a night and day improvement for me. I can book appointments, see vaccine history, and get refills - all without a phone call. Every appointment is so much more convenient than it was before. And I feel more secure paying curbside, now that I can pay directly from inside the app (instead of over the phone). 11/10, love this app. Every vet should embrace technology to make things easier and more secure for their customers.

Not as user friendly as Pet Pro, which Televet bought out. Annoying that it texts you to see the messages in the app. You can't see your pets records. Getting prescription refills is a pain, having to enter all the information every time, rather than selecting the pet and medication. Not at all impressed with this app.

This app definitely makes it convenient to communicate with the office without waiting on the phone while they are slammed with other calls and patients in the office. The message pops up on their computer screen, and the office that we use responds pretty quickly.

app tends to glitch and I don't receive the messages I am getting from my vet. would love the test message option to work in conjunction with the app
