First I updated Satusehat and still could log in. But trying to access the mpox form, it always went back to playstore for an update, which of course was already installed. After closing app, had log in and activate biometrics again - was not saved. Cleared cache - same problem. Uninstalled the app, restarted phone, installed again, now I hangs right after start can't even log in! Deleted cache and data, could log in again and biometrics setting is saved. But mpox form still requires app update.

Registered with Gmail and Malaysian mobile no. but realised that the app defaulted it to Indonesia +62 country code. Tried to re-register but it says email address is already used. Tried to login with Gmail but OTC via email never arrived. Still cannot login even with correct 6 digit pin number. Doesn't even allow to reset password. Hmmph...

The first test using the application tried to log in but couldn't because there was no registered data, then tried to register but couldn't because the cellphone number was already registered. So which one is correct? It says it's not registered but when registering it says it's registered. btw, I've tried it on 3 phones and they're all the same

I can't even register my details because it's not international friendly. It's designed only for Indonesian and I read that to travel to Indonesia we need to fill out our details on this. It's pretty useless!

English language for parts but things like FAQs only in Indonesian. Trying to register, requires other identity form but all options in Indonesian language. Should have thought these problems would have been sorted by now (2024).

I have tried logging in but always get the message 'invalid request ' uninstall reinstall doesn't help. Impossible to use. For an app that everyone is supposed to use, the app is useless. Get a new programmer please

Cant open the app. Set pin is not working, email otp not accepted but yet a mandatory app for arriving. New requirement for mpox data is also inaccessible within the app. Urgently needs to be fixed.
