Edited review: Useless app.!! The longer I have it, the more I hate it. The app does not communicate well with the keypad. It shows armed when it's not, and unarmed when it is armed. It pretty much sucks like everyone else says. I can't understand why someone would produce such a crappy product and not fix it. Every update is worse than before. It forgets your password and the fingerprint sign in doesn't always work. Give it negative 5 stars!!!

The app doesn't allow fingerprint anymore. How do I re-enable? Keeps forgetting to remember password too. Haven't had too many issues once it logs in.

The app has stopped working for me and shows no history beyond 5:30pm last night. It won't arm or disarm. I'm incredibly frustrated.

Can't login through Android. Verified id/pwd good through website. Tried uninstall, reboot, reinstall...Same result. Needs to be fixed.
