Need english version at least. I need to use this to communicate to my student's parents during our English lessons but the struggle is real when I try to use the app. I sometimes forget which ones to press to navigate the UI. Overall its a good app for emails but since I don't speak the language I find it really difficult to use as I can't read the texts. Please have an English version so non-Chinese speakers can navigate easily. Much appreciate your efforts. Looking forward to the app's update

I work from the UK for a company based in Shanghai... this is their designated email account but not speaking Chinese myself creates some problems. This really needs a language translation option. Also the app is currently using 30GB of my phones memory! I have no idea how to change it, as i cant read the menu's. Otherwise this is a great email client and works well on the go. It sends and receives the largest of emails with ease.

Struggle to use, Horrible in privacy, No English version 1. Your draft is hard to reach. 2. The nickname you gave to the receiver shows on the email you sent. And there is not even a single privacy option in Setting. 3. Not even a single English word in this app. It's a part of the closed-loop of pan-Chinese app. It's built mainly for those mainland Chinese who have no interest in the problems listed above. Users who have other choices are strongly recommended to abandon this app.

This is the most frustrating and infuriating app, in that it's not far off being a decent app. The English version still malfunctions and now my main email is inaccessible as you need phone verification to login and it's linked to my Chinese phone which is now non functional since I've not been able to return to China for 2 years. There's a 'help' section where one can ask for help, but I've not had a reply. All very frustrating and useless to me at the moment.

（新版本闪退）I have an Android 10 phone and the latest version of QQmail. When I open the app, it crashes and flashes back to the home screen. I have tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists. I would appreciate it if someone from Google Play Store could help me resolve this issue.

Hello there, Changing the previous review, managed to login to the web version. 1. Open mini app with QQ in Wechat and submit the change of phone number request 2. Wait around 24h and your request is reviewed, mine was changed successfully. 3. Log in to QQ and then scan the QR to log in to the web mail. All was in Chinese so the basic knowledge is required. Otherwise, happy with the QQmail, simple to use! I would add to improve the help section + possibility adding overseas number directly.

It really pissed me off big time. The only option for logging is thru QQ. While I downloaded QQ and tried to log in, then it told me that the version of QQ was not updated. It then redirected me to QQ offiical website to get the "latest and greatest" QQ9. The installation was okay, but ohone number binding was enforced and was failed. Gosh, all I want is to get my email... Are you kidding me Tencent?

Works well, and does nearly everything I need it to. Would love an English option though, even just for simple things such as forward, reply, send, delete, inbox, etc.
