This app doesn't work on my Samsung SM-G930F, it used to. Hadn't used it in a long time, went to use it, it said: Shell Recharge has stop, IMMEDIATELY!! Uninstalled and re-installed it from Play Store, exactly the same result. You need to stop drilling for oil and building charging stations and get someone in who knows how to write software and more importantly TEST IT!! If the version of the OS is too old for it to work it should test for that first and stop wasting my time installing it!!!

It woukd be a good app if not for bugs and missing important functions. After each app update the login credentials are deleted. A lot of the points are not displaying on the map, but are available in the list view. Cannot see which charger point the car is currently connected to and when the charging started. Takes ages to load the map and charging history. Several years passed, and een geae problems are still not fixed.

At last the App is now showing a method of payment by card. Hopefully it continues to work consistently. Over the last 4 weeks the app completely stopped showing a method of payment. So I can't pay for power. A new update arrived yesterday and it still doesn't show the card payment option. I now have to use my iPad to pay for the electricity. It actually shows the card payment option. I noticed the YouTube site "Dave takes it on" has also reported on this issue in the last few days.

Well that was no good. Can't charge at my local supermarket as the chargers don't support direct contactless payment with a debit card. Forced to download the app but I can neither order a Shell charge card or add a debit card to the app as a message pops up saying "direct payment isn't available" On the latest Android version and a brand new phone so it can't be the software version.

The app is usefull but still needs some polishing. At the moment it seems that when I use a schedule for my home charging point I am no longer able to click "charge now" in the app. Only way to start charging outside the schedule is by disabling it. This was possible in previous versions.

In principle, it is a good app with all required functionality but unfortunately not well developed. Extremely slow build-up of information (e.g charge history) even with good Internet connection. Sometimes, entire charge processes are missing in the overview even though authorised successfully with shell card.

Terribly user-unfriendly app. You try to select a charging point on the map and the map keeps zooming out instead. The overlay of all the dots makes it impossible to read the map. Horrible UX.

In areas with many chargers, it often fails to display them all, so you don't always find chargers or can start charging. You have to move the map so eventually they load. Reported months ago, but still buggy. The app fails at doing it's basic task.
