Hi, support team. Please do something with the logging out issue! Every few days the app logs me out, sometimes even during the booking of the next class or reviewing my last activity. This is super frustrating user experience.

Row House Go videos do not overide screen timeouts (i.e. your phone goes idle and the screen shuts off because you're not interacting with your phone). This makes the videos unusable unless you go in and adjust your phone settings so the timeout time is way longer. Had to change mine from 30 sec to 30 minutes and remember to change it back when I am done. Good workout but the library seems limited. I would expect at least 5 new sessions posted per week for $20 per month plus live class options.

Not a fan. Watching a tiny person on a phone screen is not motivating and there are no other platforms. It was easy to sign up for the trial..but impossible to cancel. Each time you log on it makes you do a Covid agreement..then fails to upload saying "our bad..." And then makes you go thru it again the next time you log in! How do I stop you from billing me $20 a month?? I am about ready to file a dispute with VISA. Free trials should end..not convert to a monthly payment.

I love Row House! I am a 'mature' woman who has never loved to exercise, but thanks to the low impact, total body effect of rowing, I am really enjoying it! It has definitely changed my body by inches and flexibility. Most of all, I really appreciate the great coaches who are so motivating and encouraging - I couldn't do this without them!

App turns screen off based on phone display settings. I have to manually set my phone screen to turn off after 30 min otherwise the app shuts the screen off at the default setting even if a video is full screen. This also causes my erg data app to disconnect. This has not been an issue with the other fitness apps I have recently used.

Great for managing signing up in person class and keeping track of those stats but unable to use the row on the go. Everything I try to sign up for this service to use while traveling it gives me an error message while I get a notification from Google play that I have been signed up and can't use any of this content. So unhappy.

The classes are wonderful, the app on my Samsung S20 is extremely disappointing. It will play for whatever my screen timeout is, then stop. I do not have this issue with Netflix or even City Row Go but 100% of the time with this app. Any support I have asked for has been minimal and ineffective. Hoping this can get resolved because the classes are top notch.
