Slow response time from the schedulers. It would be great if the app and website would update changes at the same time. I have been l forced to go back to the website every time I logged in the app for the updated work list or reply messages from support.

EXTRENMELY useful when it actually runs- this is only about 50-75% of the time, otherwise I would have rated it 4 or 5 stars. It is missing some extremely important features the website account can easily access, or else I just can't find them (project history, communication).

The app kicks me out of the system every time I take a picture. I have to input work twice. It also deletes some information. It's says to upgrade to a new version. I upgraded it twice. It still says it's outdated.

Says this is an outdated version and won't let me proceed to log in... but this is the only one I see in the play store. Had the old app but had to get a new phone. Very disappointing because I love this company!
