SimpleWear allows you to control certain functions on your phone from your Wear OS device.

Please note that the app needs to be installed on both your phone and your Wear OS device in order to work.

Permissions Required:

• Pair phone with watch from app (required on Android 10+ devices)

UPDATE: Thank you! Your suggestion worked. Maybe they should add this detail to the Do Not Disturb description so it is clearer. ----------------------------- There's something wrong with the ringer control. I can go from vibrate to sound, but not the other way around. I get the error message that I need to check permissions on the phone. However, I already enabled the permission to change system settings.

Perfect for accessing main phone functionalities from the watch. Especially, lock the phone, turn on Hotspot, DND. Very useful, easy to use, and free! Wifi and bluetooth toggle requires work which doesn't feel worth the effort. And the sleep timer doesn't seem to work even with the sleep timer android app installed but still is a great utility.

One of the most useful apps on my Galaxy Watch 4!!! I installed it for the music player, but the other features are also really cool. Previously I had the problem that I couldn't start my music from my watch on the phone. And I wanted to listen to music via the watch because that used up far too much battery power. It would work with Spotify anyway, but I only have a YouTube music premium subscription. It is also nice to like, dislike, repeat and shuffle songs.

YES!!! Exactly what I was looking for.... Specifically the ability to turn on and off hotspot from my watch, but also being able to lock my phone is very nice. The fact that it's free and the interface is clean just makes it all that much nicer. In a perfect world I would also be able to control smart devices i.e. a smart plug

The best app to control your phone through your watch. I've been using this for around a year and I can politely say this is one of the best apps I've used. I can easily create a Hotspot without having to pull out my phone from my pocket, I can turn off and on my Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Data, and my flashlight too!

it used to work perfectly with remote connection (not bluetooth), now it only works if the watch is connected via bluetooth. I don't know why although I've tried everything, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app with the adb package to get all the options working. but remote connection doesn't work any more. Galaxy Watch 4 Classic.

I have been completely unable to install it on my Pixel Watch. I can install it on my Chromebooks and my phone, but not my watch. And yes, I do know how to install apps on my watch from other devices and everything else. Edit: I can install it now. Don't know why I couldn't earlier. Also, the uninstall process was a little freaky. The one stars that talk about the app being difficult to uninstall are right.

Really helps being able to easily toggle my phone's features from my watch. One feature I wish could be added was camera controls as well but no problems with the tools it provides regardless. PS. Might just be my phone but when mobile data is toggeled it shows up on the phone as toggeled but doesn't actually do it. Great app reardless.
