"I love love love this app! I just discovered it, but I've been looking a long time for an app to help me cope with social anxiety/perfectionism/low self esteem... It really helps me understand my feelings and try to confront them head on!"

Really useful as a booster and to start changing thought patterns. Provides neat insights and is welcoming rather than confronting. Clean design and simple layout make it pleasant especially when your mind is already busy and messy.. it's refreshing. Can be a little difficult to keep track of the ladder as you take each step. I often find myself having to backtrack to recount the steps I've taken. It also tales you back to the top of the list when you go back a step which is frustrating.

Love the purpose and design of the app. My adhd brain is easily overstimulated and overwhelmed when apps are too busy, visually and in content and function. This app is calm and I am so excited to use it! Big problems tho. I am getting booted to different screens unexpectedly. App crashes periodically. Some buttons randomly malfunction, others don't work at all. Specifically, the "remove" button in the gallery doesn't work and boots me back to the home page, every time on every insight.

Outstanding and effective concept! My only problem is that the application won't allow me to create an account. I select the "create account" button, but nothing appears to happen. I have tried multiple things, including reinstalling, force stopping, and going through the 'login-forgot password' process to see if I could set it up that way. Update: Bug has been fixed, thanks! --

Absolutely wonderful, this does feel good to find positive reinforcements that resonate with me. It might nice to have a search option so certain keywords can be easily found. Also, completely unrelated, but is someone or more on the staff a shawol? The color palette is on point. Even if not, this is clearly a beautiful passion project. Thank you for taking the time to make it

People who need this app the most won't be able to access it. This app is unusable for people who can't pay monthly. A one-time price would have been better accommodating to those who are struggling Edit: updated to 5 stars. There is a financial assistance option and I applied. Was granted free access. Thank you Thinkladder team

Seems like a cool app. I listened to one audio and I was hooked! Just one MAJOR PROBLEM. I uninstalled the app because the UI was hard to use. Too green, and the font was white on a white background. I cannot even find settings.

This app has been really helpful in the mornings for me. It gives me a positive affirmation/reminder for the day. Its interesting to go through a negative belief that you may have and that it makes you challenge that negative thought with a positive one. Dear developers: I think a search bar or something similar could be very helpful! A way to type in the specific feeling or thought you're having and being able to get relating affirmations from the keywords that you enter in. :)

Choose from a list of "Themes" like anger or procrastination, then choose from a list of "Symptoms" within your theme, then choose from a list of "Limiting beliefs" for your symptom, then the app transforms your "Limiting beliefs" into positive affirmations, then turns the affirmations into notifications. Pretty cool.
