I've been using Tongits Go for years, and I've never had any issues redeeming with Sodexo before. However, it's been almost a month now since I haven't been able to redeem, even when I get a code or try redeeming exactly at 3 PM. Their chat support is also really difficult to reach. After a month of trying, I finally got through to their support earlier today, but after a few messages, they just disconnected. When I tried again, the same thing happened. I know other players are experiencing this

I had a bad experience with the customer service. The chat keep closing for no reason even if I have 5g connection. Also my topped up load is not reflecting on my sim yet after topping up yesterday at 3pm. I should be receiving it by now because usually at 6am its delivered already. My gostars was 119 but now its 19 only but the 100 load I topped up is not reflecting yet

good game and the gameplay is also nice but i noticed a concerning issue... (this is just from my own opinion and observation) there are lots of system bot players which are too good and defeat human players easily... its really concerning because there are lots of players that was buying the packages and in the flicker of an eye, everything is gone by playing with the bot players... its very unfair right? again this is just my own thought nd obaervtion... cheers!

this app is scam. it takes for you a long time to gather amount of go stars to exchange. but if you have the amount, you cant exchange it for any item even load. they always says that no more available slot, and it refreshes every 3pm of the day. but the truth is, it doesnt refreshes. it is a big big scam

This app is great but the redemption process is not well functioned. I've been experiencing error when I wanted to redeem my Gostar, my request always went to an error (can't load chat). Had no choice but to exit😓.

Really love this app. Back then I enjoy playing tournaments for go coins which you can redeem for loads and Sodexo. But lately it is very hard to redeem!!!😡 I have been reaching it's customer service but nothing happened!! Tsk you offer lots of prizes but redeeming is a hell!! PAHIRAPAN!!

If I don't have go stars there is always a prepaid load available but now that I have 314 go stars and I really wanted it to convert to a prepaid load but no available for 3 months already. I always check everyday every now & then but still no prepaid load available. Good thing I didn't purchase any of your products coz this Tongits Go is a BIG SCAM.

Lazada ads are irritating and scams. You watch their ads but they dont give the reward. Boooo! Recently the app is defective. Haizzz! They steal your golds. I know i have more than 200 when i left the game. When i came back, its zero! I won 23k from plinko but when i checked, its zero again. This game sucks!
