After contacting Topps by email, and jumping through all the hoops, I can now log in and view my archived collection. I was forced to switch away from Google login because that is apparently the problem, I had to uninstall all Topps apps, then reinstall and login with the new way. Not ideal, and idk why they can't resolve this entirely from their side instead of making us do all the extra work. ..as for the app, Im surprised there is no trading feature, but at least I can view my stuff now

I'm unable to login to my slam account through this digital archive and it says user credentials not found?! Like why the hell is this happening? I need it fixed topps no matter what and this is a issue which must be fixed on your end. It really frustrates a person who spent all the time and is unable to access his/her account. So fix this if you want us all to change the review. Edit- The topps team has fixed the error so do give a try contacting them. I got my slam account archive. Thank you.

16/3/22: Says you can only select one of the archived collections if you had an account. I had/have an account to huddle, yet cannot select nothing. For years I have never been able to log into this thing. What are you guys doing? Update 20/2/23: After years of trying to log in, I have finally been able to lock into my huddle account using this app. In fact, this is the first time this app has ever worked for me. I won't change my app ratibg because it shouldn't have taken me years to enter.

I finally was able to log back in after contacting you guys to reset my password but now it's telling me to update the app in the google play store but there is no option to update the app. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it still says the same. Please fix this error.

Its okay but Topps (Fanatics!) did everyone dirty by ending the NHL game abruptly (not renewing the license) after taking our money and not telling us the game was going to end. $1000 down the drain. Its like the 3rd time Fanatics has screwed me over (physical cards, garbage quality and mis-sized clothing, and the worst overseas customer service possible). Will never get another penny from me.

It won't let me login AT ALL. Customer service is an absolute joke. I've had my Topps account for a while. Wouldn't work. I created a whole new account and it still doesn't recognize anything! This is how you drive people away. I wanted to give the app a chance. Never used it before. Truly deserves the low rating posted

I have Uninstalled and reinstalled several times to get the app to work. I have contacted customer service and followed their instructions but it will still not allow me to access my Slam Account, which I'm going to assume now is essentially permanently gone. The whole process discouraged me from continuing to play the other Topps apps for fear they will be inaccessible someday. I try to steer away from one-star reviews, but I'm at a loss at what to do to get the app working.

Normally I don't write reviews. But I'm irritated. Either I'm simply doing something wrong or what. I been a Topps Slam player for a few years now. CAN NOT LOG IN VIA FACEBOOK OR GOOGLE. Can't even get in through email. Changed password multiple times.. I'm really hoping this app gets fixed. Alot of money invested in the Slam game. Even in the Marvel and NHL Topps games. We want to know what's up? We shouldn't be struggling. Figure it out.
