I love seeing my photos and being able to explore other services and procedures offered by my doctor. I can fill out paperwork via app and not feel rushed in the office. All follow-up care instructions are also online, so I'm not losing important information.

Horrible app!! I log in but cannot fill out the paperwork required because, it does not allow you to click on the required boxes. Worse MD app ever

First time logging in and I'm immediately required to reset my password, for the account I just set up on the site. After selecting my new password and typing it again, I hit Submit and get an❗next to my uneditable email address, with no way to get past this point.

It keeps telling me incomplete information and I have filled out all the available boxes. And now the rate this app won't submit. Poor user experience.

Guess it's better than sitting in waiting room with a clipboard ...wait isn't that what I'm doing but with a phone at home. Same time involved. Helps them but hey they get paid well. Guess it's part of the hurry up and wait generation.

Initially was fine, but within month, app wouldn't open at all. Even after uninstall and reinstall.

Didn't recognize city and zip code on my address. Other consent forms for new patient says must complete at the office. What's the purpose of the forms on the app then?

first time logging into my account and i get the message of not having the correct email or password, when i hit forgot password and when it says a password is sent to your email i never receive it.
