The app is buggy. Sometimes it tries to charge me for a card despite my free member cards. Sometime it saves a draft and then only after opening it says text was too long and deletes the text. The home page has so many services that are advertising and lose any intuitive navigation.

In 2016 I did a five star review. The 2025 version I don't like that much anymore. First, the free delivery should be the standard option (3-7 working days). It's kind of a scam that you ask for a credit to create the card and then more money to be able to send it. Secondly, there are a couple of steps that only load in the second try. e.g. the addresses from earlier only show up if I start to add a new address but then hit back button.

I've used this service is past was reliable. However they are not shipping items in a timely manner and won't refund your money. Customer service is not good either because they have limited skills. Possibly a language barrier where can't read or comprehend English language in order to get mailing address. Company is based in England which is where DEI originated.

Good quality cards. Speedy UK delivery. But the app is clunky to use, especially when trying to find out how precisely much cards are costing eg for abroad and for changing address details after being sent - TN argues you can change within 30mins but if you can, it's not obvious. And membership is a con - there's no tangible benefits to joining.

Memberships only.. I've been using the app for 5 plus years and have enjoyed being able to send family who aren't connected to social media post cards etc. The app allows you to pay per card, but recently that feature has been buried and when you create a card and pay you are billed for an annual service. When you cancel your not refunded without contacting customer service. The app used to give you the option at checkout but no longer.

Good postcard quality, delivered fast, people love getting them. I see from my previous review that I've been using this app 10 years and it's still 5 stars despite the app becoming constantly buggier and harder to use. You click things and nothing happens. Try to duplicate a sent card and the copy is all messed up and you have to recreate it anyway. Address book is a buggy mess. I have reported these bugs, hope they get fixed!

Great product and idea. The app a bit poor in places such as editing photographs and draft saving and draft deletion (you have to delete and reinstall the app). Recently having issues whereby my address book is not being shown when I am trying to send products. touchnote are trying to resolve the issue.

I love the concept of this application I have ordered probably a total of 8 to 10 cards and half never make it to its destination. I contact customer service and they say it is out of their hands once they send it out but I just find it really weird that when I send a letter or postcard only 50% actually make it to its destination. I really wish this application worked a lot better and the cards I sent out made it to the place but they just don't don't know why don't know if it's usps or touchno
