Downloaded the app in hopes that the password reset would work correctly as the website reset process is broken as well. You can find your user, lookup your user and send a password reset request. However, the password provided in the email always provides an error message user and password invalid. I know my account number, user and the new password but have no way to log in either in app or website URL. Totally useless! This issue has been going on for weeks.

Update: Still can't get into my account! October till January...please fix Ive tried to reset password but told info is not correct. I'm sure you are working on the fix. I wanted to book a hotel stay... please fix. Update... 2.5 months and still can't use my account. Can someone at least give a quick email or text to let "Your loyal customers" know why we are locked out of our account. I've been told that the casino is closing. If this is the case on why app not working?

I wish I could give 0 stars. I had nearly 4000 tier points and a decent amount of comps on my card. I tried to use at a restaurant and they all but disappeared and I received no credit. The IT department has been no help thus far. It's a good thing my host is a stand up guy however as he made things right. This app needs to be scrapped immediately.

App used to work fine but, now it takes a while to load a then when you view a page, it freeze up. Goes back to homepage and it does it all over again. It's the latest version too, should've left the old one alone, it worked fine. Just saying.

Can't login, can't reset my password, so the app is worthless. Used to be able to login with account number and pin, now it won't accept it. Tried to get a reset password and it says it's invalid every time. Worthless.

It sucks so far the next day after playing two days can't get back in. Cause of lo action bullcrap when I already played and I can't get my money is this how they make money And after saying all the other complaint about not being able to get into their account Also it Sounds to me like it's a scam and don't go to gold nugget and try to put money in there. I deposited $50 and recieved a $30 bonus. After winning $80, the $30 was taken out of my winning balance. I've contacted customer support several times through chat and over the phone, with no help. It's clearly fraud. Remember to report your concerns to the united states justice department and better business bureau.
