TrackTik SHIFT is a mobile app that was created for employees in the security industry to provide them with greater visibility on their schedule as well as a more direct way of receiving new and updated schedules. The app allows officers to view scheduled shifts, clock in and out for assigned shifts and breaks, pick up open shifts, view their availability and acknowledge shifts in a few easy clicks.

Disclaimer: TrackTik SHIFT is an employee app that is used in conjunction with TrackTik’s Scheduling module. TrackTik SHIFT can use GPS capabilities in order to ensure officers are clocking in and out in a predetermined, approved geo-fenced area that aligns with their assigned shift. When an officer clocks out for breaks or for the end of their shift, GPS tracking is no longer enabled.

This app has several quality of life issue 1. The alarm for sign in/out/breaks is 1 single chime with no options for multi chimes, alt tones, vib/vol inc or dec or repeat. The alarm is to soft and background sounds drowned it out and I have to set a regular alarm. 2. Will not let you take breaks early. 3. No way to view your break log except by clicking clock out then canc 4. No offline feature to record when in signal-less areas such as in the mountains and you have no WiFi to reconnect later.

It's great for my work I use it for most of my shifts. used to lag ALOT and say I clock in late but they fixed it. They should add exact times for when you have to go to work down to the minutes even when your shift is hours away. they should also do a bit more work for the little things. being able to change your availability small things like that.

I've used this app as a supervisor and there are a few issues. 1). The breaks on Android do not chime or warn you when your break is over, leading to Officers going over on their breaks and clocking 4 hour lunches and rest breaks. 2). The ability to look at shifts to pick-up doesn't exist on Android but seems to work on Apple. Requests to pick-up shifts seem to be just sent off into the void, there was no alert to me as a supervisor that someone wanted to take a shift. Average timekeeping app.

The application is good, but it can be better if open shifts has swipe option which can allow to check the next available shift by swiping. No the worst and frustrating part is that every time I have to see a shift location I need to go to shift detail. When I back from it, it takes me to main page.

I am constantly having to reinstall the app, it keeps saying that the email address on file is wrong, my username is wrong and my password is wrong. I just got it working last Thursday after not being able to clock in. Only after going to my employer's office, meeting with someone that knows the app well, was I able to clock in and out last Friday. Now it says everything is wrong again

Anyone noticed since last week this app isn't working? I've been to my worksite on time right in the spot I've been at since using the app and I've had to call my supervisor because it says "unable to log in, call supervisor" I've un-installed and reinstalled, changed password, restarted my phone etc and no go, apparently I'm also not the only one experiencing issues

Pretty decent app but could be improved. At least once every two weeks I have to restart my phone in order for the app to get out of the load screen, and once a week it logs me out. Also, I'm requesting a warning change. My shifts end at 5pm. Even if I'm on the clock out screen as it turns 5pm, I get a warning saying I'm late to clock out by a few seconds. I'm not late. I'm right on time. I suggest a green "time to clock out" then after two minutes the late to clock out warning. Or no warning.

App sucks. I have to clock in to work at 0830. I'll have the time clock open before then, and when the time turns from 0829 to 0830, the app freezes and the screen resets, preventing me from clocking in for 10+ seconds. If I wait until 0830 to tap the timeclock, leaving the schedule page, it still takes 10+ seconds to load the time clock. Sadly, this is the app my employer chose and I have no choice.but to continue to use it
