Every feature I needed and then some. Notifications are very helpful for battery level and safe zone alerts, so I know if my dog has left the yard, real-time tracking works very well. Exactly the peace of mind I needed. The additional wellness tracking features like sleep and activity are great, we look forward to the daily summaries, and the badges and leaderboard are very motivating.

I like the concept but the battery is awful. My cat escaped the boundary I had set for her with 77% battery life. I literally had only 3 hours to track her and attempt to catch her before the battery and the tracker died. I still haven't found her and it's been 3 days. If you're going to make a tracker to help catch animals that accidentally escape then you need to fix the battery.

Pretty much useless in a rural setting. Cloud cover and trees block the GPS signal, and poor phone reception renders the mapping useless. Over a year of use now almost all on hiking trails and today was the 1st time it actually found my dog. I guess it could work well in a suburban town but don't count on it to find a lost dog in real woods

I have a very curious beagle. sometimes he really likes to wander. it is very comforting to go out in wild terrain & turning loose as long as there's cell phone coverage. I would have given this a five-star review if there was some way to track the dog with no cell phone coverage and better range than the Bluetooth radar. when I use the Bluetooth radar it only works when I'm within about 15 ft of the dog so what's the point in having the tool.

I have used this app for over a year and have been very pleased with it. Accuracy depends on the location. I liked being able to view history, and the calendar used to be very helpful when choosing to view the past 24 hours, previous days, or especially the last few hours. However for the last few days, when I try to change the "from" date to the current day or any other date, it always reverts back to "yesterday" and I have no choice but to view hours I am not interested in.

You can't refresh location. If you know your pet leaves the "safe zone" you can't request a GPS update. The whole "you'll get a notification when your pet leaves" is not accurate as it might not refresh the location for an hour. Do you know how far a dog can get in an hour?! I've had this app for almost 2 years, it barely works,and they never upgrade any functions or features. My dog is good 99%, but that 1% that I need this app to work it doesn't.

A few weeks in, and it's been GREAT! Tracking has been accurate and quick. We were out in the country, and my dog took off after some wildlife before I'd noticed to recall. I used the sound feature to let him know I was calling him back. Once he heard that sound, I could see him (on the tracker app) turn around. When he got closer & heard me on the 4 wheeler, he came back at full speed. It's one of the best investments for my dog! We're using the XL adventure series, great battery life, too!

Most of the other recent low star reviews are relatable. It seems like the app works best when you track outside the wifi safe zone, so I'll give it the star for that. But when the tracker is within the safe zone, it really feels like you're S. O. L. Until you're maybe about 20 feet away from the tracker because not only does the radar have severely limited range, the live, light, and sound functions are locked off unless you make the app bug out.
