• See what’s happening in spaces, with equipment and entire systems.
• Built-in graphics for easy to read status, at a glance, including animations.
Take Action
• Respond to hot/cold calls by adjusting setpoints, overriding equipment and occupancy.
A feature of BAS Operator is it remembers the connection information for your connected devices. This is very helpful! However, when Updating to a new version, do not Un-install (or delete) the old version. Doing so will erase the device connection data.

This app worked great with my Galaxy S10. New phone (S23) works fine for a day. Next day, won't connect to any sites at all. App appears to still be logged in to the server (Based on the "Trane Connect Access Log Out" dialog under the vertical ellipsis at the top of the page). Have to uninstall and reinstall the app and everything works again for a day or so. Weird thing is when I reinstall, all my sites are still there and connect immediately.

This a very poorly developed app. It is slow and it doesn’t have that many features. The app randomly logs you off or keeps telling me wrong password after several attempts using the correct password. Trane is very behind on upgrading to a better user friendly app. It is junk!!

Revised: This is a great app. They are having issues with some accounts being able to login. My solution was to create a new Trane Connect account with my personal email address instead of the work address I had been using. Now everything works great again.

Tells me my password is incorrect even though I double checked many times. There is no provision to reset password, even through tech support. When Trane field techs tell you it sucks, thats pretty bad. So in response you send me a web address that I spent hours back and forth already. Send me a link. That address disappears when I click on it.

Has worked well until a couple of weeks ago. Now I need to uninstall the app. Install from the Google Play Store and log into Trane for it to access our system. It does not matter if I use WiFi or a cellular service. This occurs every day now. I will send all the information to Trane but right now it's a real pain to use the app.

Works great for 1 day. After that day, it appears to be logged in but when I select a system, it takes me to a login screen for that particular system but does not give text boxes to input login credentials for remote access.

This app doesn't work consistently. When I need it, the app won't allow a sign in to our aacoint. Surprised the last update was 08/2020. Any thoughts on releasing a progressive web app (PWA)?

Update: after the app not working for several weeks and then us having a problem with our SC unit, a reboot of the system - SC unit, has resolved the mobile access use. Very happy this is fixed.
