This game is brilliant, it's gameplay focused, visually it doesn't jump out at you, however it's gameplay beats other games, best age of sail game that requires planning, tactics, logistics and navigation while taking wind/rations/crew morale into account. The map is huge n its challenging as hell, faction rep is important, ships n upgrades also. You get a Magellan feel when travelling, things can go wrong quick. It's sad the game was dropped b4 they could update it as originally intended. 5⭐

Wonderful game...needs a few additions, but these developers really do put time into upgrades, so hopefully they'll be coming. Like ability to capture towns and change their political allegiance, and ability to attack towns

It is a fun offline game you can enjoy when you're bored outta your mind. I recently dropped my rating to 4 stars as an update has broken the map when selecting ports there is no clear way to tell where it actually is as the plot points are scrambled.

I love this game and all Trese Brother titles. I just wish this game would get some update love once in a while, however, I also know the hard working devs have many more current games that they work on and there's only 2 of them so no biggie. This is rouguelike, it is sandbox. There's a story, but it's not as long as some may want, but, the story isn't why you should buy it. You should buy it because you want to make your own story :-)

AoP is a perfect cross of Star Traders and Cyber Knights, all wrapped up in a pirate setting. Trade, shoot and swashbuckle your way throughout the large map, gaining rep with each territory in a similar fashion to CK whilst deciding what to import and export like in ST. Forget advertising bloatware like Angry Birds, the Trese Brothers really deserve the handle of 'top developer' with their excellent and fully featured strategy games. Limitless gameplay and endless replayability.

Warning! No longer supported hasn't been updated for 6 years! If your on Android 11 forget it! I don't mind buying a new version but there isn't one I ONLY PLAY PAID FOR GAMES WHICH GIVES ME A CONTRACT BY LAW STATING IF THEY DAMAGE MY PHONE THEY ARE LIABLE! was 5 Star now 0 😱
