TRUMPF Service App - The app for your service cases

With the Service App TRUMPF now offers a practical alternative to the hotline of the Technical Service. Whether it comes to a technical problem, a spare part or a question for maintenance: in five easy steps, you create a service case. Simply select the affected machine and the message cause, add a description and photos and name a contact person for TRUMPF. Already, you can send the case around the clock to TRUMPF.

You can then track the current processing status of your case in the app. Even more transparency ensures that all users of a company have access to the information.

In order to use the app a free account for our customer portal MyTRUMPF is necessary. You can easily register for MyTRUMPF in the app after downloading it.

The support team is always helpful and the app is easy to use. The only issue I have is that it sometimes will not load anything on the app and I have to delete the app and redownload it. All in all pretty solid!

We had our machine go down and even though it was an older machine (2008) and is no longer being produced, the support team was very quick to respond and get back with me so we could get back up and running. the UI is extremely easy to use and set up in a very intuitive and straight forward way. if you have a Trumpf product I highly recommend you get this application.

Does what it's supposed to well. Pitty it usually takes hours to be actually called back by a technician. But all in all it has reduced the time for opening a ticket and gives us the possibility to be more specific about the issue.

The app does not allow me to permanently change the phone number. It always defaults to the main number for the facility instead of my desk. This creates confusion and takes time for your service guys to figure out how to get in touch with me.

Should be a way to reopen a case in the app. Sometimes Service closes cases too quickly. Also would be nice to have closed cases available indefinitely for reference, perhaps having them in a separate folder.

Lately I have been getting all sorts of errors when using the app. Its frustrating because I fill out the fields and then it claims there's been an error and ALL of the information I've typed in is erased.
