Hardly ever works. We've had multiple events at our business that we have never been able to get the footage to work. When it does work, you can forget about downloading the video for police. It takes roughly 30 minutes to download a 10 second video clip in low def. So long as you don't leave the download screen or it stops the and you have to start over. The online portal is exactly the same. I can't believe in 2024 it is this hard to view video from a NVR.

Very very very limited. So far, can't pause playback video with image staying on the screen, no snapshot, no fast forward, no PTZ functionality. Loading the app takes me to alerts first, instead of cameras. It's nice you can upgrade firmware from the app. But at this point it's hard to show off this app and try to sell the product.

You can login to the account, but app crashes before being useful... Can't even load ONE camera view...

Awful. I work for one of the largest system integrator's in the country. I hold over a dozen manufacturers certifications(including exacq, milestone, alivigion, verint to name a few). I have never encountered a system so convoluted and unstable as this one. From the app to the NVR to a complete lack of any product support, I cannot stress enough how big of a mistake it was going with turing. Stay away

Unstable. Crashes. Nickel and dime you to use basic features that they shouldn't charge for. Better off going with almost any other brand. License fees are expensive. Application is very difficult to use and find appropriate settings for cameras.

By far the worst ever , I have two different systems at two different locations. This one works only 15% of the time

Every other day, I'm literally kicked out of the app. The app typically works fine, but nothing like getting a notification(s) and having to log in every other time. Very very annoying. Already no sound to it.

How does Google interpret ratings? As of this writing, there are exactly 4 reviews, excluding mine. Two-5 stars, and two-1 stars. In my old fashioned way of thinking, this would average out to a 3 star average. However, the rating shows a 4.1 average. I have chosen a 3 star rating so that, theoretically, the average shouldn't mathematically change. On the face of it, it would appear that Google gives more weight to higher ratings.
