alerts not working. started 2 weeks ago. was good until alerts stopped working. Update: Solved. I also have a Cobra camera system that is very similar to the Uniden system. Probably same manufacturer. They have an app "Mycam View App". It's identical in function and they fix the problems. I had notification issues on both apps starting at the same time. The My View app got fixed right away. I added the Uniden system device to the app. Works flawlessly. Uniden still needs to fix the UGaurd app!!!

This system needs alot of updates the cameras go out in very cold weather alot. The picture also freezes alot too when watching from your cell phone. I have an Arlo system as well that works way better then this and they have battery operated cameras with no plugs. Uniden needs to upgrade this app and their entire security system. It should also make it so the cameras reach farther away from the monitor as well and come out with booster antennas that work better. My arlo has no antennas.

This app is horrible. You have to close it and reload to view your cameras every single time you want to connect. Unable to load and view evens that were recorded. Why won't they ever fix these problems???

update was needed as my lg has not gotten a alert in over 4 months. installed this updated version and now i get a alert when it feels like it. still not fixed for LG phones. my operating system is up to date. looking for a new camera system as they are not even answering their tech emails.

This is the 21st century. This app need serious updating. For one, it takes way too long to boot. The quality of the picture is very good once I get it to boot up on my 5G phone. However the sound sometimes is erratic. I wish Uniden would concentrate more on quality with this app and us the upgrades we deserve.

I can not get my camera's set up on my new at&t phone. Every time I try to open it just stays on connecting and never connects. The camera's are working, I can see them on the main view screen.

Great app, when it actually works. Very hard to leave a camera up and running so you can monitor, it will either keep disconnecting or just shut down completely. Huge disappointment.

I accidentally uninstalled now I can't get passed the password. It says wrong password when I know it's right!!! So frustrating!!! I loved it before. My husband can't connect his phone either.
