I have no complaints. It has worked with two or three different phones. Make sure permissions are on for storage if you want to save photos or video. I once operated it while under meds from a dental procedure, then sent photos to a person or three. Not sure how you would stop that :>) Don't forget you actually need to charge the battery in the camera, it doesn't run off the connection to your phone or device.

Had to download this app for a bore scope. Definitely the worst camera app I've ever had. There is very little information or settings. No customer support and the app doesn't work anymore. Hooked it up a few times and even though it was a poorly made app it did work. Now I just have a black screen.

Every time I try to take a picture, I see "save failed" with no other indication of what went wrong. It worked on my previous phone 🤷 the app definitely needs additional work, at a minimum there should be some way to see the error message when something goes wrong.

Worked the first few times I used it, less than a year and it only says I need to connect the device. The device is connected. I've turned everything on and off. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. So far nothing make sit believe that the device is connected. :(

Garbage, im truly sorry if you wasted your money on this ear cleaner like i did, the app wont even recognize your device. If they fix the app with a complete overhaul, im not even sure i would give it any more than 2 stars, just because of this introduction to their products.

Worked great the first time i used it. Second time i tried the app continually opened and closed. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue. Installed on a different Android device and same issue occurred.

Works perfectly if you grant all the proper permissions. Video capture isn't even close to the display resolution. I take pics mostly anyway so it works great for me.

ZERO STARS....Absolute Garbage! Worked the 1st time, now crashes in seconds.Tried reinstalling, same problem crashes in seconds.... Great product that I have to return because of a Garbage App..Really disappointed 😞
