KeyLifts takes the math out of the 5/3/1 program so you can focus on getting stronger. Everything is planned out for you. Know exactly what you need to do as soon as you step into the gym. KeyLifts automatically calculates all your sets so you can focus on hitting new Personal Records.

Planning and tracking a 5/3/1 program is time consuming and hard. You have to calculate your training max and then calculate every single set based on your training max. It doesn't have to be like that. You could just walk into the gym everyday knowing exactly what you need to lift. KeyLifts takes the math out of the 5/3/1 program so you can focus on getting stronger and hitting new PRs.

Every cycle you have to redo the entire planning process, but not anymore! With one button press you can create a new cycle with all the weights automatically calculated for you.

If you haven't hit your ultimate strength goals yet then maybe it's because you have to spend so much time at the gym calculating weights for each set. Stop wasting your precious energy. Just plug in your numbers to KeyLifts and go.

For the serious lifter there are some excellent features when you upgrade to the Pro version. Unlock over 100+ 5/3/1 templates along with the ability to edit an existing template. If you really know what you are doing you can build your own template from scratch.

The 5/3/1 program is amazing for strength gains but energy and time is wasted trying to figure out what plates you need for each set. In the upgraded Pro version you get a Plate Calculator so you focus on the things that matter.

Getting stronger is about putting in the work every week but it's hard to see the progress you are making. The Pro version includes graphs of your one-rep maxes over time. Feel confident knowing you are doing the right things and making progress.

If you are the type of person that likes to track everything the Pro version also includes the ability to add and track Joker sets and assistance exercises.

good overall for complex lifting schemes. I have an issue where it won't write data to health connect. tried to file a big but constantly get an error in the app when I do. And also the Andro d back button/gesture doesn't work consistently everywhere. If these things were fixed I would give it 5 stars.

It's a good app. I use it. Was sad when my fav template got put behind a pay wall but capitalism is a thing and I respect people trying to get paid for their efforts. UI is overall intuitive. Once you unlock the full version it's pretty customizable. Without the full version you can't log custom exercises, but that doesn't mean you can just do the exercises and only use the app for core 531 work

Freezes often, dumb glitches like when using the keyboard it won't go away, and if you hit back, it exits where you were at and loses your progress. Just froze and lost a program I was building for the last 30 minutes. I've had this for months now, spanning several updates, and it's consistently been poor quality. Keep searching and absolutely do not spend your money on this app.

Excellent app. Flexible, customizable, does exactly what I need it to. There's an option to list percentages below 45lbs, too, which a lot of apps lack. (Dev was very responsive in helping me find the setting.) I upgraded to pro to get access to plate calculator, but worked great in unpaid version too.

Crashes constantly. Don't know what happened after the last update, but the app crashes constantly and I have to keep restarting to get it up again, only for it to crash again. I'm paying monthly for this app and it's totally unusable now. We should be getting refunds for every day this app is not functional. This can't happen during a workout, I can't keep restarting my phone during training. This app is now totally unusable. Something needs to happen now.

I gotta say this app is a game changer. It is easy to use and is a great way to track progress. I would reccomend using it in conjunction with the books to make sure the routines are structured properly. It is no issue at all to add warm-ups, extra sets, and extra exercises to any routine. Like all things 5/3/1 make sure you are using the right numbers and you will be golden EDIT: Fantastic support, the man took a lot of time to get things fixed for me, an A+ human.

After one of the more recent updates, I'm completely unable to initiate a workout without paying for a subscription. I'm no longer able to do workouts I was allowed to do a few months ago? Apparently some templates are free, but there's no indication as to which ones are free vs paid. App is also extremely buggy and consistently needs to be closed and reset to use. I couldn't ever see myself paying for such a poorly performing app. Maybe a one-time fee (not $90 lol), if the app was stable.

Hands down the best looking, most customizable 5/3//1 option out there. Even if you don't like the 100 or so variations available, just make your own. There are three missing features: * No ability to program in an empty bar for warmups (unless 0% weight works as a hack) * No ability to set a minimum weight. For example, the deadlift to get enough height off the ground * Missing cardio exercises But these are all minor. The app is simply outstanding and a joy to use!
