I have installed it 2-3 times in last 2 months. But it never worked at all. No scanning, nothing happens on screen. There are so many bad reviews, still no remedial measures are taken by the developer. Everytime they are only saying sorry, apologising for all bad reviews.

Not sure what kind of a trashy app this is and why it is being recommended by Epson. It needs my email, verified phone using OTP and location to tell me if a product is genuine, in addition, it expects me to submit the product name by email. It can't even read the QR code on the Epson ink bottle. I know this one was genuine because it came packed with the printer 30 minutes ago. The name itself comes across as cheesy and puts you on guard.

When the app works, it runs well. But most of the time it automatically logs out and then come the main problem. It takes a lot of time to login in and worst of all, it doesn't log in at all. Have to upgrade login features.

5 stars just to get other users' attention. While scanning QR code notice the thin bar on the right side with tiny + and - buttons. Use the circle on bar or the + button to zoom into the QR code for instant scanning. I'd rate the app 1star otherwise. 1. It is forcing me to give mobile number and register with name and email without telling why it's needed. I'm using the app to verify genuineness of something I bought. Could do this completely without any personal info. 2. Poor UX for non geek

Epson's worst app is not able to read any barcode .I tried to different network also . Internet connection is good . also do this app reinstalled many times but result is same. total useless for Epson genuinity product verification.

I have very bad experience of the app as I try from a week to scan the QR code on the ink but it doesn't show any results about the ink is it original or duplicate

This app continuously kept rebooting my device when I DECLINED to give it my location. Infact my battery was drained to ZERO from abt 20% withing 3-4 mins when my device was being rebooted on declining my location. Immediately I uninstalled this app. GOOGLE shld verify this app n its source pls.
