Almost decent effort. To gain better ratings, you should: 1) Allow the back arrow of the Android navigation bar to be used for navigating in your menus and not just suddenly exit / crash the app without any warning. 2) Allow to zoom into the graphical representation of the room temperatures to get some details. 3) Allow the user to key in the setting value for the room temperature without any need to use a clumsy graphical turn wheel which makes all precise settings very difficult.

Absolutely crazy how the Uponor system defaults to heating the room following a 'thermostat lost' notification. Which results in the heating coming on even in the middle of summer and is costing me a fortune. The UK is not Norway - I do not need 'always on' default heating. There absolutely needs to be an option in the app for 'tstat lost behaviour' for non-arctic climates! Also for some random reason push notifications on my S22 Ultra are now broken, permissions all ok & push notifications on.

Moved into a house with this in it and it's impossible to set it up. It shouldn't be so bloody difficult to turn the heating on. I'm not allowed to create an account in order to reset the system and start controlling it... because I don't have the password for the device set when it was installed. Right then. No customer support, no information, no nothing. Abysmal.

Most dissapointing solution and app I ever used. App crashes constantly when doing anything more, than just opening app. Module lost connection many times with cloud servises and need connection to be reset. Looking to trends is impossible, cause app crashes constantly. Sent many crash reports from several phones to app creator or owner and no reaction. No app fixes in few years in app. Sorry, but that is what happens, when you try so buy Cheap developer services. Time to find good app developer

Hi. I've had this working fine for a couple of years on a Huawei mate 20 pro. Still going well there. It will not, in any configuration, install on my new Google Pixel 6Pro. Goes through to almost the end, then fails when trying to reconnect with house wi-fi. Tried everything. Reboot, reinstall, switch networks. Nada. Any advice appreciated. Your UK Uponor support guys said could be router security settings. But if so, the old Huawei wouldn't work either.

X-256 with slave, R-208, T-169, WiFi works perfectly (2.5Ghz) without drop out and I got almost no other device's that interfere with thermostats (868Mhz). App takes 7s to load (galaxy S10+). Instant responstime in app (except trends). Used it for 6mnd without problems. Wanted a set and forget system with remote control and schedule for adjusting heating based on power bill prices. Easy to install and use (HW and SW). Reliable controller. Lacking a few features. Back button -.-

Really struggling. This is a great system for heating the house. The thermostats work, my heating bills are down etc but I've spent THOUSANDS to ensure I also have "connectivity" and this is USELESS as an app. Not streamlined, difficult to set room temps outside of an "ECO" mode. Get some Google bling added to this app and pronto. I won't be recommending it to friends who are waxing lyrical about my house renovations and the underfloor heating...

The app is good enough, the low rating is unfair. Set up of the system was easy, connection with the cloud went without a problems. Interface is clean and everething is understandable. App never lose a connection to server, crashes only when "back" button is pressed. On top of the app there is another back button that is working without a problem. Trends are working, integration with Google looks like not working. Gave 4 stars due to minor bugs, hopefully everything will be fixed in next release
