By not only switching entirely to a premium-only subscription based revenue model to support the app but also charging a ridiculously exorbitant fee to boot, Haymarket Media/MPR has all but ensured alienating the majority of it's substantial and previously loyal customer base and forced them away onto competitors' more reasonably priced or free and far superior platforms (e.g. Medscape). Good job. 👎

I honestly really want to give this zero Stars right now I absolutely used to love love love this app back when I was working Behavioral Health and it originally was free to use with or without an account with minimally limited-access to everything in it and then in the last two years they went from popping up with subscription request every 5 or 10 minutes as you're using an app to now you can't even open the app without it trying to force you to buy a subscription

Edit: no longer able to access unless a paid subscriber, so disappointed. Loved MPR and didn't mind the ads. My go to app! Used the printed issues at work but very easy to look up medications, side effects and dosages.

Overall, you may benefit from charging for your subscription, but the customer based you had will be lost. Not offering the same app, even with ads at no cost, ia a disservice. Besides, most of your customers aren't swayed by advertisers since most are probably in the health field.

I had been using this app for the past 6 to 7 years. Initially I had given it a 5 star rating for the accurate, up to date and useful content & information. Now all of a sudden it's being upgraded to a subscription version!!!

I use to be a fan of this app until I have to use it the other day. There's no any free version anymore. I am so disappointed now to see how they want to charge almost 70 dollar in order for you to use the app. I will search for another one now. "Thanks for been so loyal and think about costumers"

Most of my career has been in womens health, im now in FM and am finding this resource invaluable for my practice. I loved the printed version, but this is extremely handy, I've marked my favorites to expedite patient management. Thank you for providing this free of charge as I am self employed.

I've had to change my review, for years it worked great, now it crashes as soon as I open it. Usless! Multiple crash reports have been sent yet no resolution.
